Do NOT pester buyers if they do not reply to you. It’s entirely possible that they simply chose another seller.

And if you replied to that message asking about your service, and they did not write back there is NO reason to write to them again. This can be considered spam by some buyers and they could report you and get your account a warning.

Welcome to freelancing. This is what happens. The best thing to do is to accept that you didn’t get that one and move on.

Pestering the buyer further at this point just comes across as desperate. Offering to do other work for them IS desperate. Let it go.

It happens for everyone, I get 7 messages per day, and out of those 7 messages, only 1 or 2 of them will order.
