Level 2 seller GIG DE-RANKED

Hi everyone, i am a level 2 seller here, 3 months ago my gig was ranked on the first page on every keyword, but duo to some bad reviews and late deliveries as well as 1 cancellation, it simply gone from search.

I have contacted customer support many times but they can not help me, i updated pricing, descriotion, tags and title. 2 days ago it appeared on 2nd and 3rd page, and i got 2 orders today from buyer requests but still my gig is gone from 3rd page again. I have lost orders for 3 months.

Can anyone please help me with this issue, please 😦
