No clicks are showing in the Gig Status

I am a new seller on Fiverr. 1 month ago I created my 1st gig on Fiverr and that's getting avg impressions and clicks like 50-60 impressions and 5-6 clicks in a day. also ranking on 2nd page between 8400+ gigs. but after I published my 2nd gig my Gig Status stopped showing me any number on click. Gigs are active but Both of the gigs showed me 0 clicks in 6 days. I also changed my gig images, video, tag, etc still ranking between the 2nd and 3rd pages but still 0 clicks with 70-80 impressions in a day. Also, I told my 2 friends to check out my gigs once to figure out the problem having from my end. But the next day both gigs still showed 0 clicks.

I tried to contact Fiverr support but Fiverr support not working on my account like before. Fiverr help When I click Contact Us, that pop-up AI chatbot not a support ticket page. Also, I tried the Fiverr support tickets link https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets but now that link back me to the same place as before, and it gives me some information on how to create a gig, how to write a gig description, etc not what I really want.

 

Are bugs or something happening only with me or are all people facing the same issue?
