Why Fiverr disabled promo code?

Fiverr has disabled the promo code option for the last few days.
Is there anybody who knows the actual reason behind that?

You will have to wait for replies as we are just buyers and sellers on the forum.

I haven’t seen any posts about this.

If you don’t get any replies you could ask Customer Support, but they are extremely busy at present and are taking up to 10 days or more to respond.
