Paypal VS Payoneer which is better ? How do i know that my payoneer account is ready to accept the amount

I need to withdraw a Huge amount from fiverr to india
I have never used payoneer but get to know that payoneer is better option ( India )
But my question is how i will know that my my payoneer account is ready for transaction, i mean i got a activation email when i added a bank account

But they are asking for IEC CODE, business Profile etc which is pending ?

Please help
