My account was suspended

I am a member of Fiverr since 2019. My username was jared0011. ( ) My account was disabled due to bad behavior. Which is kind of shocking to me as I don’t recall showing rudeness to anyone.

I received an email warning me of bad/unprofessional behavior. The second later I got another email saying my account was disabled.

Also, this isn’t my 2nd account. I had to create in just to contact support and post on the forum. Does anyone know any solution? Some buyers said they are willing to message supoort to reinstate my account. Should I ask for their help. Please suggest to me, I’ve worked a lot on this. 😦
