I had a chat with a buyer asking about the gig and he was about to order with us in some time. Now mine chat with him is disappeared from inbox. Is this bug or anything else?

Check your spam folder. I’ve had some conversations with potential buyers get sent to spam for some reason.

Yeah, occasionally some legitimate messages will get caught in the spam filter. I would make a habit of checking it every day, especially when you’re just starting out, in case a new message accidentally ends up there.

If your response rate ever drops mysteriously and you can’t figure out why, check that folder. 😉
