Is there any work to live chat with people for buyers for their product

i want to know, is there any work that a seller get order from buyers to live chat with customers, tell them about his product and help him to sell.
i just listened from a friend. about it, but i did not found any gig about this.
please tell me

I have seen buyer requests for jobs like these, but I wouldn’t suggest them because you would be working outside of Fiverr.
