What is a safe and effective gig for ad sense blogs?

I have a new blog and I want to put AdSense ads on it

It is so overwhelming, many sellers here are offering SAFE AD SENSE TRAFFIC gigs



Can anyone give me a more elaborate input, has any of you used a gig here to get real human visitors traffic that at the same time seen real results without been penalized by Google AdSense,



was thinking all the Facebook link posting gigs, but then I read Google AdSense they are against Facebook incoming traffic

Is there an effective real human visitors gig here that you have tested and has given good results with AdSense, and which would you recommend?

Getting clicks on your ad-sense ads, by yourself to earn revenue is not allowed by Google and you will get banned, I advice please don’t try it… :ar!
