Clients asking you to contact them via their personal email

Greetings, please can someone help me for this issue. I am new in Fiverr, I am getting plenty of messages, all of them from new members, and they are asking me to give them my email address or I should contact them to their email to get the orders. I don't know what I should do, it looks like scams. Asking myself why they don't want to communicate within Fiverr platform?

All of them are SCAMMERS!! Report and block them.
