Can a user can make another account on same email address?

if a user of freelancer make a fiver account but forgot its user name and password , so then it is possible to make another new account on same email address or how can user recover his or her account ??? is it possible to recover account without remembering user name and password??

No, you can’t open a new account. It’s against Fiverr’s TOS. Please contact CS explaining your problem.

No, not even with different email. its’ against TOS to have 2 accounts against a single user 🙂
