Buyer asking for totally new design concept

I am a T-shirt designer. I did 5 revision for a buyer for 5$ gig and every time he is asking for the totally new design concept. What should I do now?

You’re offering unlimited revisions, that’s the problem.

If you are providing unlimited revisions then you have to do the changes until the buyer accept the delivery .
