seowriter_hub
Yes, but not advisable because some requests can be different so you have to craft for each request you see.
catwriter
If your offer isn’t tailored to the specific request, the buyer will think that you haven’t even bothered to read what they need (or that you don’t understand what they need), and they will choose someone else.
pacquo
It’s a bad strategy, as explained by @catwriter.But as you explained to us previously, currently you have a 50% completion rate, so you can’t see any buyer request until you reach a 90% completion rate.

virajwick
Yes, sir… You are rightThis is not correct. Fiverr hasn’t changed their rules. Still you need 90% to send buyer requests!

They have a 90% rating requirement, though. As long as sellers have an overall positive rating of 90% or higher (overall rating of 4.5 or more), they will be able to see buyer requests (BRs) whenever they’re available.

vickiespencer
My friend Gina has some advice for making offers in BR. Note she says she does not like copy and paste offers. I wish more qualified sellers would bid on Buyer’s Request. I wish 5r would let me select the level of seller I want. I’m sick and tired of reading canned responses. I’m sick and tired of reading one sentence bids. I’m sick and tired of writers with grammar errors bidding. I’m sick and tired of proofreaders, who misspell “proofread” bidding. I’m sick of reading 3 paragraphs of a seller’s credentials (canned response - full of grammar errors) instead of them adddressing my needs.
