Yes, but not advisable because some requests can be different so you have to craft for each request you see.

If your offer isn’t tailored to the specific request, the buyer will think that you haven’t even bothered to read what they need (or that you don’t understand what they need), and they will choose someone else.

It’s a bad strategy, as explained by @catwriter.

But as you explained to us previously, currently you have a 50% completion rate, so you can’t see any buyer request until you reach a 90% completion rate.

@pacquo for your kind information your Idea is wrong. I can see a lot of buyers request and I send offer to them.

@mahfuzsaim9 I am referring to this:

I have completed one order and cancelled on. Now completion rate is 50%.

Has Fiverr removed the 90% requirement for buyer requests?

That’s news.

From what I understand, Fiverr doesn’t have a 90% order completion rate requirement for sellers to be able to see BRs. They have a 90% rating requirement, though.

As long as sellers have an overall positive rating of 90% or higher (overall rating of 4.5 or more), they will be able to see buyer requests (BRs) whenever they’re available.

My friend Gina has some advice for making offers in BR. Note she says she does not like copy and paste offers.

I wish more qualified sellers would bid on Buyer’s Request. I wish 5r would let me select the level of seller I want. I’m sick and tired of reading canned responses. I’m sick and tired of reading one sentence bids. I’m sick and tired of writers with grammar errors bidding. I’m sick and tired of proofreaders, who misspell “proofread” bidding. I’m sick of reading 3 paragraphs of a seller’s credentials (canned response - full of grammar errors) instead of them adddressing my needs. Fact 1: B…
