Withdrawal in progress payoneer

When I try to Withdraw my Funds into Payoneer or PayPal it says Withdrawal in progress I have to check my email also but nothing their …i have not received any email…It shows Withdrawal Initiated
68$, But where .and I did not withdraw my funds…tooo much upset.
