I want to know that I Have a colleague in my room and we both share same Internet .Now he wants to join Fiverr and want to register on fiver with his own laptop…So i want to know that If he can register on fiver with the same internet that i use.Is it against the terms of service of fiver Or its ok?There will be different devices for each account but will use same Internet connection …Please help me out in that

Same internet connection is not allowed. It will be considered as multiple account TOS violation. You must contact Customer support for this issue.!! May be they can help you out.

Same internet connection allowed for different service. Such as, your service graphic designer and your friend video editor. So clear, Both person not same service. For more clear, contact Customer support, they will help you.
