Do buyers revisions to completed jobs effect completion rating

If i upload a completed job and the buyer comes back with a revision at the last minute, will it mean I am late with job?

yes but if after I have completed it in time, the buyer asks for a revision, giving me lets say 5 minutes to complete - will i get penalised by Fiverr for late delivery?
