Response rate Drops without reason

Hello,
What I know about RR is thst it is the percentage of responces I have made to inquiries in last 30 days. Now it has happened twice in my career of fiverr which is not too long that my RR has dropped. I have never missed any buyer. I always responce to them in less than an hour.
I dont know whats the issue

I have been having a similar issue. Miss one and it drops, but answer 10-15 and it doesnt go up like it should.

Did you ever figure out what was going on?
