Reply to @vehicletrans: wow, i guess if it were me and the seller was non-responsive, i’d contact support. if that didn’t work, i’d leave a thumbs down and warn people of the seller’s invisibility issues. and then i’d just forget all about it and move on. 🙂

hey, here’s a tip i just remembered: when interacting with a buyer, treat him/her as a human, not just the next 4 bucks you’ll make. for example, if they sign their name, address them by it - “Here’s your file, Bob!”. try to avoid cut-and-paste generic replies. and ALWAYS thank them for ordering! if you actually give your buyer a little personal attention, they’ll probably order from you again. 😃
