What time do you wake up?

Recommended Posts

I usually wake up at 5 am (European time). It´s a habit even when I don´t set up my alarm. Like now 🙂 I have been awake since 5 and now it´s 5.50.

What about you? What time do you wake up? What is the first thing you do after you wake up? I open my laptop, check e-mails, check my Twitter and Facebook, etc and then have my coffee.

I usually don’t sleep at night 😛

@n4y33m And you´re an IT guy too, like @wpspecialist24. That´s interesting. Like I mentioned before, a friend of mine who is an IT guy is always awake at night. You know, like bats:-)

Speaking of bats, back in my home country Indonesia, in my neighbourhood, there´s a lot of bats. I always see them flying around the neighbourhood after sunset.

and don’t hang around/go outside, so if I wanna sleep, afternoon-evening is the best time for me 🙂

Whenever my phone beeps and I get a message.

I only sleep 4 hours a day, but those are pretty random hours. Like, it is 7am here right now, and I have been awake since 5:30pm yesterday.

It´s 7 - ish o´clock in the morning too here as I am typing this comment. I normally sleep 6 hours a day, from 11 pm to 5 am. I´m still working as a freelancer (offline - for two translator agencies), so it is not a must for me to answer their e-mails ASAP as long as I reply within 12 hours, that´s fine. But perhaps that would change if I make a gig here and get orders. We will see 🙂

tell me perfect time for work for new user

I believe you’re talking about what time there are most buyers online? I think it depends a lot on the service you’re offering. Since there are buyers from all over the world, it’s hard to tell when your target group is checking for new gigs to order.

Personally I sell illustrations, and it’s quite expensive compared to other gigs. That means that most of my buyers come from wealthier places in the world (western Europe, America and Australia). The majority of my buyers are from USA, and so my “prime time” is in the afternoon on american timezone. Which is for me very late in the evening.

If you know where most of your clients are from, try to be active in the afternoon - their timezone. 🙂

Smart! I do that sometimes, but not so much because of distractions. More because I live in a tiny house that starts shaking if someone so much as lets a fart out. So I can only work when everyone else is asleep 😁

For an artist, workplace should be the place beyond bedrooms 😛

Haha! I wish! Unfortunately, my bedroom is also my living room, kitchen, wardrobe, hallway etc…

Very economical, but a little crowded.

Mine too, though I don’t need enough space to work 😛

On the other hand, artist are like
