  1. Hello, everyone I have completed 4 orders. I am happy working with Fiverr. Thank you
  2. Hello, I have completed 200+ orders till today. So many ups and down in my past experiences; however, thanks to the Fiverr community helped me a lot when I faced several difficulties. One suggestion: do not take too many orders at the same time; if you don't have time or capacity to deliver on time, focus on your strength and subsequent work and proper schedule; definitely, you will get the order after delivering the work. Keep patience. Thanks.

  4. Hi There, I am pleased to share my first experience on fiverr. I have got my first order within one day gig creation. I believe, this is the most happiest part of a freelancer and also achieved 5 star review on first order from buyer. As a new freelancer on Fiverr I would love to hear from expert to get some more tips and tricks to get more orders. Thank you so much.
  5. Hello Fiverr Community! Is it only me or you are also observing certain, AI GENERATED RESPONSE to your TICKETS/MAILS?? These Auto-Generated responses are creating confusions and hurdles in the authenticity of Fiverr's Customer Care Team. I had reached them with a question that stated : "I have two question/ Queries: 1. The cancellation of the Mentioned Order has impacted on my GIG and it now shows 100% cancellation. Kindly remove this as the order requirements where not submit and the CS had cancelled the order itself. 2. My account has been flagged and I have received a warning, when will the Warning period be over and the Flag will be removed? Kindly reach out with answers to the above question." Their response was: "Thank you for reaching out to Fiverr Customer Support regarding the status of your account. After careful review, your account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. Consequently, your participation in Fiverr's level system is permanently restricted." Then I asked them: "that was not what I had asked. Kindly respond with answers to the 2 questions." Now, it's 5 days and I am yet to receive any response from the CS Team. @Kesha
  6. Hi everyone, I'm new on Fiverr. I created around 10 gigs, but only one of them is making any sales. I have completed 11 orders on this one gig only. However, today I received a 1-star review from a client who clearly did not read the gig description properly. I completed this order on April 26th, and the client was completely satisfied with the service at that time. Today, on May 5th, he contacted me through inbox and asked why I did not install the premium plugin license on their website, which was not part of our initial agreement. I informed him that the license needed to be purchased separately as it was not covered in the base gig price. He acknowledged this and then left a 1-star review. Subsequently, my overall profile rating dropped from 5.0 to 4.4 in under a minute. I am uncertain if I will receive future orders on this gig. As my livelihood depends on this one gig, it is disheartening to have it affected by a single negative feedback, especially one that I believe is unfair. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to regain traction and secure future orders, as I understand the impact of a 4.4-star rating on potential clients' trust. Thank you for your assistance and advice.

  8. Hey! My name is Subhan. Approximately 1 year ago I got more than 10+ orders continuously but instantly apx 6 months ago I got de-ranked on a fiverr kindly give me advice to improve myself and please visit my profile that will give you help to understand my problem. Thanks!! ♥️
  9. Wow, I got my first order, congratulations to me. Toast to more to come. https://www.fiverr.com/lydia_studio222 http://www.fiverr.com/s/EG5e07
  10. In fact, getting a order for new seller is a matter of luck, some get a order in the first instance and some get a order after many days
  11. I am beginning to doubt that I am actually able to have any influence on my own success score. Since the new level system went live I've had 18 orders, 3 buyers did not leave reviews, and the other 15 buyers left 5-star reviews. In total, I have 202 5-star reviews. I have gotten three 4.7 star reviews and have NEVER gotten less than that. So I pretty much get 5-star reviews 99.9% of the time. Fiverr claims that my Success Score is a Level 6 and I need to improve "communication" and "client satisfaction". I see other Sellers in the same field as me with 4.9 star ratings and they're level 2 sellers, while I sit stuck in back in level 1 seller ever since the rules changed. Please don't reply to this thread with some generic "buyers leave feedback that is unknown" or "the score is determined by a number of different factors" comment. I need some kind of tangible explanation. How on earth does all my success on this platform determine me to be a Level 6? And why is it that buyers are seemingly loving my work but there's somehow this unknown aspect they don't tell me? It doesn't make any sense. And I've seen the affects of this. I just can't make money on this platform like I used to. Before the changes, if I worked hard and stayed available, I could get more and more messages, buyers, etc. Now it's up and down constantly. The attached image shows exactly what I mean. I am consistent in 5-star reviews, happy customers, and repeat buyers. But somehow my Gig performance is the exact opposite of consistent. So what do I have to do? How many buyers have to be satisfied until this algorithm determining my Success Score agrees? I am at a complete loss. I have a day job and have worked tirelessly for two years, up to 60 hours a week sometimes to sustain this side job. I saw nothing less than continued growth on this platform until the rules changed and suddenly everything was pulled out from under me. Before the change I could make $2k/mo if I stayed available for the whole month and that number was continuing to go up. Now I am lucky if I can sniff $1k in a month. This is having a real life impact on my life. I thought I had actually managed to find a way to make money doing what I love. Now I'm questioning everything. I am having to rethink my entire life because I no longer have sustainable income. My day job keeps me paycheck to paycheck and Fiverr used to be my way to have an actual savings or have money for emergencies. I don't know how else to say it but this just isn't fair. I am at a loss. Please help. How can I improve my success score?
  12. Sadly, the warning period will never be over as the email says that it's permanent, and you will never be able to participate in the Level System. Also, flagged accounts do not appear in searches, so the most you can do is work with your older buyers (if there are any). Getting new clients may not be possible, and sadly, it's the end. Making a livelihood with a flagged account would not be possible. It's very unfortunate, but this is how the flagged accounts work. The first thing you should do is try to get your flagged status removed (if you believe that you have not violated any guidelines). With a flagged account, there is no use in thinking about cancellations and other metrics because your account won't be visible to new buyers in the search feed anyway.
  13. Hello I am web developer, so I provide services which is related to this industry. I had my first order done today, buyer left the review of 3 stars, but it was not my fault, after 5 days of work he said that, he had not time to spend on this project and wanted to cancel my order. I explained that I was working for his project for 5 days and it was so unfair to cancel, so he accepted this project as completed. But he left 3 stars review. My questions : Will it affect badly on my gig performance ? What can I do to improve my situation and get second order ? Help me if you can, this means a lot for me. Thanks.
  14. It was my 2nd Order. Faced some complications but can overcome them soon. Wish me the Best of Luck that I can achieve my goal. Thank You Antara Azad.
  15. The new leveling system on Fiverr has sparked a lot of discussion, and understandably so. Change can be daunting, especially for a platform as diverse and dynamic as Fiverr. However, it's worth considering the potential benefits this system might bring. With clearer criteria for leveling up, there's a chance for greater transparency and fairness in how sellers are evaluated. This could lead to more opportunities for those who excel in delivering quality work and outstanding customer service. While adjustments may be necessary based on community feedback, embracing this change with an open mind could ultimately contribute to a more robust and equitable Fiverr marketplace for everyone involved.
  16. Ever had a buyer send you a message, asking for a LARGE discount - simply because they've got "more work for you in the future". This might sound great, but there's no guarantee they're place multiple orders with you. Even with the subscription offering on Fiverr - they can back out at any time. I once heard a great tip, so feel free to use this if someone offers this to you: Respond with: "Sure, I can do discounted pricing for repeated orders. The first order will be my standard rate - but the second and third orders will be 5% and 10% discount respectively, and 10% thereafter". This way - you're offering a discount for repeat orders, but not risking the client placing one order and ghosting you!
  17. Hi everyone! I've started the journey on Fiverr in 2020 and used this platform as an extra income. I was doing quite well, but then started with late deliveries, order cancellations and been inactive for months since 2023 due to pregnancy and other personal reasons. Now, I want to get back on track, but I was wondering.. Should I continue with my existing account even though I know it should not be first in research due to the latest performances? Or should I cancel it and start anew with a new account? Also I see there are so many changes here on Fiverr, which are the biggest changes I should be informed about? Thank you in advance! 🙂
  18. Hi Fellows, I have one very very important question. I'm a video editor of Level 2 seller, with Fiverr Choice gig and I also have a repeat business badge. Now When I Provide the video to our customers then they also want me to upload the video on their channel on youtube. So, I asked them to buy extra for $5 to upload the video on youtube channel. Now uploading video I need to be invited on channel so because of invitation I need to send my "Email address" to get access. Also all the process is done on order page. So, Does I need to send them my Email address? Is it okay to send and upload their video on Youtube to complete the order? I'm curious about this because I don't want to lost my account. I want to hearing from you as soon as possible 🙂 Thanks 🙂 Warm Regards
  19. In this post I want to know about your experience after getting the first order on fiver. After how much time you get the first order.

  21. As a new Seller on Fiverr, the idea of having a full inbox and a steady influx of orders is very exciting! However, the reality can quickly get overwhelming. Once your gigs start to gain some attention, you will notice a significant increase in business. You must learn how to manage Buyer demand and your personal availability, so you can give each order the necessary attention. Otherwise, you risk a drop in Buyer satisfaction, order cancellations, late deliveries, and negative reviews - all of which impact your business. Learning to manage your workload will also help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Whether your freelance business is your main source of income or a side hustle, taking on too many orders at once can cause you to overwork yourself. Your mental health and well-being are critical to your personal and professional success. Managing Incoming Orders Although Fiverr Buyers can head to your Gig page and place an order without warning, there are still ways to manage incoming orders: 1. Extend turnaround times Offering quick turnaround times is a great way to increase the value of your services. However, if you are struggling to deliver on time, you may submit work that is not up to your standards. Go into your Gig settings and extend each timer by one day to better set expectations and give yourself a time buffer. You can always change it back once you learn to work faster and more efficiently. 2. Communicate honestly When communicating with prospective Buyers, be upfront and honest about your current workload. Let them know that you are very interested in working together and that you can deliver as soon as [X date]. It can be tempting to make exceptions for Buyers who are willing to pay more for extra-fast delivery, but it’s important to prioritize your mental health and orders that have already begun. It’s okay to let Buyers know that you are unable to fulfill their request right now and would be happy to help them out in the future. 3. Request an extension If a Buyer places an order before you have a chance to discuss your availability, you may request to extend the delivery date. When doing so, be sure to communicate that you value their business and want to give their order the attention it deserves. Most often, Buyers will appreciate the fact that you know your limits and will take the time you need to deliver a high-quality product. Managing Availability If the volume of orders is too high, and you’ve already followed the steps above to manage your workload, adjust your availability. Here are tips for taking advantage of the Set Availability feature: 1. Use it to catch up on orders If you need to take a break from answering new messages and receiving new orders, you can essentially pause your profile by setting yourself as Unavailable. If you have the capacity, you can choose to still accept messages from new Buyers and let them know that you aren’t accepting new orders at the moment, but you would be happy to get an order going with an extended delivery time. 2. Take some personal time It’s necessary to take time for yourself, your family, and other important things in your life! When you need to focus on things unrelated to work, set your profile to Unavailable for as much time as you need. Depending on how long you’re away, you may realize that your ranking might have changed once you are back, which is normal as your competitors may continue to complete orders and get buyer satisfaction responses while you are away. As you complete the orders your ranking can go back to where it was before. In addition to managing your incoming orders and availability, you can lean on others for support! If you frequently realize that you have more work than you can handle, it might be time to build a team that you can lean on. There are other excellent Sellers on Fiverr, such as virtual assistants or people in your industry, to whom you can delegate tasks. Want to read more? 22. Hi Sir, Can you help me plz?

Last week I delivered 03 orders during this got many impressions but after 04 days of the last delivery now number of daily impressions are 2-3 on my all gigs. The Logic says it's due to the low-demand period. But I'm feeling behind the scene is "Fiverr algorithm" because from few days I've not received any order. All Gigs ranking is still the same, such as some of the Gigs are ranking on the 1st to 4th Page but why impressions?

    What should I do next?

  24. Congratulations on completing the rush order and meeting the tight deadline! It's great that you took the initiative to experience the fast client process, even if it didn't fully materialize due to the client's busy schedule and limited communication. This experience still offers valuable insights into the importance of clear communication and setting expectations with clients, especially when working on rush orders. You demonstrated your ability to work efficiently and deliver quality work under pressure, which is a fantastic skill to showcase on Fiverr! Keep honing your skills, and don't hesitate to share your experiences and lessons learned with others. Who knows, your next rush order might be just around the corner, and you'll be even more prepared to deliver an exceptional fast client experience!
