  1. Hey fellow Level 1 Sellers! Congratulations on reaching Level 1 on Fiverr! This is a significant milestone in your freelancing journey. Now that you've achieved this status, it's time to take your gig to the next level. Here are some tips to help you make the most out of your Level 1 seller experience: Optimize Your Gig: Ensure your gig title, description, and tags are optimized for search engines. Use relevant keywords that potential buyers might use to find services like yours. A well-optimized gig can significantly increase your visibility on Fiverr. Deliver Quality Work: Nothing beats quality work when it comes to building a reputation on Fiverr. Make sure to deliver what you promised within the agreed-upon time frame. Satisfied customers are more likely to leave positive reviews and come back for more. Communicate Effectively: Clear and prompt communication is key to a successful transaction. Be responsive to messages from potential buyers and provide updates on the progress of their orders. Address any concerns or questions they might have promptly and professionally. Offer Extra Value: Consider offering additional services or perks to differentiate yourself from competitors. Whether it's a faster delivery option, additional revisions, or bonus features, providing extra value can help attract more buyers to your gig. Promote Your Gig: Don't rely solely on Fiverr's search algorithm to bring in customers. Take advantage of social media platforms, forums, and online communities to promote your gig. Building a strong online presence outside of Fiverr can help drive traffic to your gigs and increase your sales. Request Feedback: After completing an order, don't hesitate to ask your customers for feedback. Positive reviews can boost your credibility and attract more buyers. If a customer is happy with your work, kindly ask them to leave a review or even consider referring you to others. Stay Updated: Keep yourself informed about the latest trends and changes in your niche. Stay updated on Fiverr's policies and guidelines to ensure you're always in compliance. Adapting to changes and staying ahead of the curve can give you a competitive edge. Focus on Building Relationships: Building long-term relationships with your clients can lead to repeat business and referrals. Treat every customer with respect and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations. A satisfied customer is more likely to become a loyal one. Remember, success on Fiverr doesn't happen overnight. 13. That's DNS, not VPN. And yes, you can use any DNS you prefer. As for a VPN, that might lead to issues like the system flagging you for "Location inconsistencies." You're not allowed to use tools that might mislead buyers about your location. According to support, using a VPN isn't strictly banned, but it's discouraged because it can cause problems like that. Personally, I avoid using a VPN because it's not more secure (almost all traffic over the Internet today is encrypted, even without a VPN) and it doesn't make you anonymous like so many people seem to think. Those are just myths spread by VPN companies to get you to spend money on something you probably don't need. The only real use for a VPN, aside from tunneling into networks for work (some servers require you to tunnel into the network at your workplace to access the system), is to change your location to access content you're not supposed to or to hide your real IP if you're doing something nefarious online. And that’s exactly what Fiverr doesn’t want you to do. Sure, there are some outlier cases here, like streamers having to mask their IP to avoid getting swatted and so on, but in most cases, all a VPN does is tunnel your traffic through them, adding another layer of encryption that's not needed in most cases. VPN providers will tell you that they stop people from snooping your data, but that's exactly what HTTPS does by default. And yes, it does so even on public wifi. As long as your connection is via HTTPS and not just HTTP, your info is encrypted. As for VPNs stopping your ISP from "selling your data", there are laws against that in most countries and even when you're in a country where that's not the case, it doesn't stop your VPN provider from selling your data instead. Remember, using a VPN might make you share an IP with thousands of others, which could even lead Fiverr to suspect you have multiple accounts, potentially resulting in a ban. So I'd avoid them if you can. Changing your DNS doesn't alter your IP. It just changes the server your computer contacts for directions on the Internet. It could help avoid DNS blocks (some ISPs block certain services via their DNS due to government requirements, and one example of this would be a certain pirate website in Scandinavia being blocked via DNS). Some DNS providers even help you avoid dangerous websites, but that's usually something your ISP does just as well if they're any good. Some DNS servers, like 1.1.1.1, may offer faster service for some users. So, there are benefits to not using your ISP’s DNS. A VPN, not so much, unless you want to mask your IP. The question is: why would you do that?
  14. My gigs are showing on search but not showing in the online filter. What should I do?
  15. Harnessing the potential of social media can greatly benefit your Fiverr freelance business by showcasing expertise, connecting you with potential clients, and driving sales. To get the most of your efforts on social media, you’ll need to take a strategic and consistent approach. Here are our key tips for leveraging social media effectively to promote your freelance services. Establish a Strong Online Presence Treat your online presence as your virtual business card, prioritizing professionalism while highlighting your expertise and personality. Use a high-quality profile picture and craft a compelling bio highlighting your services. To ensure easy recognition try to maintain consistency in your username and branding across all platforms. Showcase Visuals Go beyond telling potential clients about your skills–show them! Think of creative ways to share visual examples whether it’s with images, graphics or videos. Highlight your best projects and successes, and consider sharing case studies or success stories. Before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes, and other project highlights are also other great content ideas for showing your audience what you do. Engage and Network Engaging with your audience is crucial. Respond to comments and messages, join discussions with others in your niche, and provide valuable insights to build meaningful connections. These interactions not only humanize your brand but also demonstrate your dedication to providing top-notch service. Provide Value Beyond Promotion Avoid the pitfall of solely posting to promote your services. Offer valuable content to your audience, such as tips, industry news, or educational material presented in an engaging manner. This not only establishes your authority but can also attract new followers who may convert into clients over time. Utilize Hashtags and Keywords Expand your reach by using relevant hashtags and keywords. Research industry-specific terms and trending hashtags to ensure your content reaches the right audience. Incorporate these strategically to increase visibility and attract potential clients actively seeking your services. Tailor Content for Different Platforms Understand the unique characteristics and audience preferences of each social media platform. Tailor your approach accordingly, considering factors like LinkedIn's professional audience or Instagram's visual appeal. Adapting to each platform's nuances enhances engagement and widens your reach. Social media can significantly enhance your freelance business. By following these tips, you can make sure your time on the platforms pays off by attracting more potential clients and increasing your sales.
  16. It's important to understand the risks associated with visiting malicious websites. When you visit such sites, they can potentially access your browser's cookies. Every website stores important information in cookies, and if these are hijacked, it can lead to serious issues. As web designers, we are aware of how these threats operate. However, part of our job also involves checking client reference websites, which may pose risks beyond our control. If you're unsure about cookie hijacking, I recommend researching it online to learn more about the topic
  17. It's really confusing to me. Did you used any filter to see your GIG? If not, then maybe fiverr giving you a chance to get a job to start.
  18. Welcome to the Fiverr Forum! If you're new to Amazon product research, you can start by exploring online tutorials or courses that provide step-by-step guidance. Additionally, consider joining relevant online communities or forums where experienced sellers share tips and insights. Don't hesitate to ask specific questions or seek advice from fellow sellers who have experience in product research. With dedication and learning, you'll soon gain the skills needed to conduct effective Amazon product research.
  19. Although I am not an expert, here are some tips from my side. Learn to keep your patience first. Because things take time. Believe that! Being patient does not mean staying idle. You should always run after your dreams. Learn to improve your skills, plan to improve Gig quality, and follow some Gig promotion marketing. Being online 24 hours is just a myth according to me. But yeah, sometimes buyers choose to contact online sellers if they need any urgent assistance. So, being online is also important as well as replying to the buyers on time. You can use Fiverr's 'Auto Reply' option wisely. Never push yourself too hard to be online for almost 24 hours. Keep learning always from others and by yourself. Just keep in mind that 'I do not know everything!' Have a nice time. 🙂
  20. Hello, Well it needs patience and a lot of work, don't forget it's a platform with thousands of other sellers. So you need to make sure your profil has something unique that will make buyers choose you. 1. Complete your profil, add all relevant informations, not in a rush but take time to do it perfectly and professionaly. 2. Your gigs must be outstandings, that mean don't copy gigs from other sellers, work on your own ones. Write descriptions by yourselfs, create photos by yourself, to give value to your work. 3. Attach exemples of your works. People don't know you and they will tend to avoid the risk of working with you. So reassure them by already showing what you can do! 4. Stay active. Always be online on the website or the app. That shows your engagement and how you're ready to work. 5. With the new metrics, make sure to Always meet requirement by answering clients quickly, giving them time, delivering a high quality work.. 6. Why wait for new orders when Fiverr gives you the right to share your profil link on social media? That will get you a good traffic to your profil, so new potential customers! Well i hope those advices help! Good luck and stay patient, you'll make it :)
  21. Do I really need to be browsing the fiverr website to be considered online, or does it somehow know I am at my computer working all day? How long after I become inactive until it changes my online status? Is this documented anywhere officially?
  22. stay online for a long time and optimize your gigs. you will be a success. Best of luck
  23. My account is also flagged and I have had exactly the same problem for 2 days now that I cannot find any of my GIGs in the search. I contacted support and they said that my GIG was being shown, but it doesn't appear anywhere, I don't even appear ONLINE.
