  1. Wait what? You falsify reviews on peoples Google my Business pages. If I have misread this please let me know. If I haven't then you should stop now, as this will get peoples accounts shut down.
  2. Based on what knowledge do you make this statement? You have made no sales. Also, Your Spanish, French, Swedish, English and German voice over gigs are done using AI. This is deliberately trying to mislead your customers and is against the FIverr TOS. I suggest you take down these gigs straight away as you're fooling no one!
  3. This is your profile image. Isn't making things go 'viral' what a digital marketer does?
  4. In addition to what @smartdezigns has said I can offer your this advice as a top rated website designer, 1) Your customers can tell when you're using templates in your gig images. If they wanted to use a template they would design the site themselves 2) You can't say you offer unique designs when using a template. That is misinforming your customers 3) If you give free support after completion and unlimited revisions you will never complete an order. And if you do, you will work for free more than you get paid for 4) You claim to have 3 years experience, yet you can't show any of your portfolio in your gig images? Your customer will smell a rat here. 5) Apart from the above, Ignore all the other advice on this thread about active 24/7, promote you're gig etc. Most of the sellers have no orders and haven't got a clue what they're talking about.
  5. Hi Vickie, If you take a look at @janyseo333 profile, you will see a 4 star review from a customer intimating she has an image of a female, but is actually a male. And her profile picture (when reversed image searched) is the one I have posted, which isn't her, but a music artist.
  6. @janyseo333 Why are you pretending to be a music artist on your Fiverr profile picture? Misinterpreting yourself is against the Fiverr TOS, even your customers have told you this in your feedback and you haven't changed it. Either you think you're untouchable, and above the Fiverr standards, or you have no idea what your feedback says. Either way is very worrying.
  7. Your reviews on your profile are making me suspect that something isn't quite right. 1) All of your reviews are from just two buyers 2) Some of them refer to you as a male when your profile picture says female 3) One of your reviewers is a 'prolific' reviewer when you do a google search. They claim to be American, but have a fake image and are actually reviewing on South Asian blogs/websites??? 4) The review frequency on your profile is very unusual, almost pre-planned? I will let you work out what i'm trying to say!
  8. You're a specialist in Spam Removal, yet the gig image you currently have up in this speciality is barely legible. Your niche is all about accuracy and having an eye for detail. If you can't get your gig image right then customers are instantly put off by your services. Before you do anything. Get this changed.
  9. That's next years Christmas presents sorted then 😀
  10. Is this you on the Anita B PDF? If not, the fact that you're using someone else's image as your profile photo probably isn't helping and against the Fiverr TOS
  11. I would recommend that you continue to chat to potential buyers until you're happy to work with them. Trying to be 'first across the line' with a custom offer isn't always a good thing if you're not entirely sure what you're getting yourself into, and could ultimately lead to cancelations. If a client likes you and your services, they will be prepared to wait.
  12. So that means that you were providing this advice on the SAME subject to another freelancer after just 2 days on the platform. Seriously???? This is my advice. 1. Don't reply to a topic unless you 100% know what you're talking about. 2. You're a digital marketer, surely you must know the basic principles of marketing a product? I suggest you put some of these actions into practice. 3. Read the pinned posts. These have been created by seasoned freelancers who know what they are talking about. 4. Ignore anyone that posts the words 'active 24 hours'. Including from your own keyboard
  13. Love this Mike.....☝️ This should be something that is relatively easy for Fiverr to plug into the code. For the serial offenders it will then become habitual that they can't post incorrect information. It will also serve as an education tool. I guess the only issue that will need to be worked around is the language of the feedback/correction that's given. If someone isn't fluent in English, then they will not understand why their 'cut and paste' content is being flagged? But it will certainly be a move in the right direction.
  14. Not always. Sometimes a client will message multiple different freelancers before making a decision. It may be that the answers you provided were not what the customers were looking for? However, sometimes it takes a while for a customer to make a decision. I regularly have them come back to me days, sometimes weeks after our conversation to purchase a gig. Keep the faith.
  15. So we have an Early 'Darwin Awards' nominee for 2024 people Uses chatGPT to answer a question above on how to 'rank a gig', only to post a few minutes later a topic on 'how to rank my gig' Words escape me sometimes
  16. Yet another example of a buyer with just one sale thinking they are providing 'expert advise'. As @vickiespencer has said, this advice will probably lead to a warning being applied to the OP's account. If you don't know the answer, then don't make it up. Inexperienced freelancers on this forum will think you know what you're talking about and will take your words as fact. So, please concentrate on building up your own profile before ruining others.
  17. A client is well within their rights to ask you to sign an NDA, it is simply to protect the data they hold. All this does is prevent you from disclosing any information you have access to. I sign a lot of these as part of my job as a web designer, and see it as a credibility exercise by my clients. As a bookkeeper you should be aware of a clients needs to protect their own data. Fiverr is more than comfortable with this during the order requirements stage. If you don't know the answer then don't make it up!!!!!!! Your comments have potentially lost the OP their customer. Hopefully now you will realise the consequences of flippantly making statements without ANY knowledge in the subject. That's what happens if you take the advise from people who have no idea what they are talking about.
  18. Why? Please tell me if I have new information / updates to add to my gig why I can't do it. With no orders and from being on Fiverr for less than a month, how can you possible know this information is correct. Thank you ChatGPT for that explanation.
  19. Sorry but I disagree. The person who gets the most orders is someone who spends a lot of time researching their customer base, their competition and uniqueness in the environment they work in. Fact! Again, I disagree. The ability to instil confidence through professional communication is the key to converting customers. You're entitled to your opinion. However, what your saying is based on no fact whatsoever and makes no sense at all.
  20. Based on what research? Please cite your source Based on what research? Please cite your source Posting random answers on here without any fact will only confuse new freelancers further. I suggest you concentrate on your own profiles and getting your first orders before becoming self proclaimed Gurus of Fiverr
  21. I would love to see this youtube video. I could do with a laugh. I might try and find it during my lunch break and post it on here for some Christmas cheer
  22. Have you got a video intro? Let me answer that for you. NO, you haven't! So why are you posting chatGPT generated content without having any experience or knowledge on the topic?
  23. @websitedesignne As a we designer I can offer you the following advice 1) You have no portfolio, your gig images are just templates. As a customer, why would I pay for something I could buy and customize myself? 2) You offer 5 revisions in your gig, yet your FAQs state that you will work until the client is happy (Unlimited revisions)? - Also, your gig description needs changing straight away. 👇 "Another important thing that I focus on 100%. It is client satisfaction because client satisfaction is my first priority. If you are not happy I do not finish your work!" What are you going to do if a client asks for a revision? cancel the order? This sounds like you're going to give up on the first attempt 3) Your website features include, a forum and payment portals. some clients will hold you to this, and you will spend untold hours setting this up, even though it isn't in your main gig description. 4) The first image that your customers see is the standard templated one that is on 99% of the Fiverr web design gigs. There is no compelling reason for me to click it. 5) Your gigs are full of spelling errors. A customer doesn't want to spend ages correcting what you have written 6) There is nothing in your gig description to say how many websites you have designed, who you have worked for, or what credentials you have. Without this, your customers will think that you are brand new and this is the reason you're using templates. Or.... You don't think your work is good enough to showcase. Either way, your customers will 'smell a rat' Just a few things to consider!
  24. This is the voice of chatGPT and NOT from experienced sellers This action will unfortunately result in a warning or even a permanent ban. @faraan2008 You have over 200 orders and a decent profile. Don't slip into the routine of randomly generating AI text. Use your own experience to answer the questions.
  25. A simple reverse search of your images shows that you are taking website templates and casting them off as your own work. If you're a professional website designer then you should have a portfolio of your own sites to showcase. This tells me, and your potential customers, that you're not confident in your own work, and as such, they are therefore looking for alternative freelancers. It's as simple as that. If you can't wow customers with great looking websites, then you're just another sheep in an ever growing flock.
