Here's my feedback!

1. If you state you are fluent in English, your bio and gigs will need to be flawless. Please proofread your bio, gig descriptions, and FAQs and make any necessary corrections.

2. Take advantage of all the images you can add to your image gallery (you get 3 jpgs and 2 PDFs that you can add to showcase your skills and talents). I noticed you don't have many portfolio samples. When I had few reviews, my portfolio was the reason for getting more orders.

3. Add gig videos on all your gigs to highlight your unique selling points and to increase user engagement.

4. Update your gig images so that it's clear what services you provide. Buyers only have a second to decide whether to click on your gig or not.
