If you initiate the delivery, write in details to the buyer that why you initiated the delivery and also will be available to make any changes when he will return and asks. It will give a positive impression and also providing that support will build a good relationship with your buyers and increase your opportunity to get repeated orders.

If you get the instructions already (full), and worked on that then you can initiate the delivery. If you didn't get the details yet, then you can contact fiverr support for assistance with cancellation. It will not affect your completion score.

According to forum rules, it's not spam actually. In that case, we're pointing Fiverr to spam 1st page of the forum with this types of posts flood haha!

Check your gig performance and it's analytics. Mostly the impression to click conversion. If your too less clicks, means your gig title/image is not attractive visitors to see the full service details. If you get enough clicks but no order, it means, visitors are not interested to take your service after roaming to your gig description/service. Focus on it and update as needed.

I also feel same as you. So I suggested to update the post without mentioning any country. Country shouldn't treat with any specific terms unless it's their own govt policy like EU, California etc.

While I was roaming in this forum, I didn't find anything to count them as stupid/spam topics usually. Sometimes in wrong category but not wrong topic though it's about achievement. I check the forum rules 2021 at When it's a post about personal achievements, it means it's not similar thread of others achievement. And also agree with @smashradio, so I will ask you to edit your posts to remove the countries from there. Some important points from the forum rules: So as this forum is moderated, and those posts are still available after moderation. But yes, If you remove the countries specifically, your post could be counted as a feedback so authority can think of the importance. Unlikely, it will not be stop though!

It's a better practice to write in full details. So when they read your ticket, they already know everything before sending you the pre-written replies.

@imhammadkhokhar I feel sorry to hear this. I will suggest you to contact support and create a ticket with saying all the details. And ask them a favor to withdraw the warning as there is a limit of getting warnings and Three warnings of any type will result in your account being suspended.

Though it works but I will suggest you not to try this. As payoneer or bank transfer (powered by payoneer) are linked with payoneer account. Payoneer payment method is not easily changeable like paypal in Fiverr. It's not easier from a fiver profile. So you have to maintain your first time connected payoneer account always with your fiverr account. If I tell you about an incident happen in a marketplace in 2015, where about 50% freelancers whose profile name wat not matching with their payoneer account, was suspended! Who knows if this happen here or to you! Better be accurate and original with self details whether it's about Identity documents or payment method. And also according to Fiverr TOS, you must use everything with actual identity and documents and etc.
