  1. Is your goal to cancel this order @allya4, or to get him to accept? Hate to say but legal action will be very unlikely to get you anywhere, and even less so if it's cross border.
  2. Speaking of webinars... anyone here going to the 'Tackling Fiverr Rumors' webinar next Wednesday?
  3. CS confirmed that I should be visible / searchable on FB and that I should have the 'preview' button on my regular profile. They think it's a bug that I can't preview my profile and that my URL takes others to my non FB profile (thanks for pointing that out @vickiespencer! They are investigating...
  4. Maybe that's a cache thing, I really don't understand these things!
  5. That link takes me to my Business profile. BUT, if I go to Fiver Business as a buyer, I can't find my gigs. I do appear under 'more services' after searching for business conultnt, but clicking that takes me to my regular profile, not my fiverr business. This is why I think the URL is just proof that I have a profile on Business, but it doesn't mean my profile/gigs are active on business / searchable.
  6. Yeah I can find my profile using that link, but I find it odd that I can’t find my gigs on FB, and I don’t have the ‘preview fiver business profile’, so I think this URL is exists but isn’t showing in FB search (if that makes sense!)
  7. Thanks @frank_d, that’s what I thought. Problem is that my success manager is saying I am on it / should be on it and I’m saying that’s great but I’m not and I’m trying to find a way to prove it to her. Don’t recall missing a message, and I know it’s not the same thing but given I just got TRS and there are level 2 sellers in my category on business I’d figure I’d be on it too.
  8. I've been told that I'm on fiverr business (as a seller), but I don't think I am. I can't find my gigs under fiverr business search results, except under 'more services' which appears right at the bottom of the page but doesn't link through to my fiverr business profile (which I set up) but instead links to my standard fiverr profile. Is anyone here on fiverr business (sorry to call you out @newsmike @frank_d but I believe you are) that can send me a screenshot of something on your regular fiverr profile that shows you are also on fiverr business. I'm assuming I won't have this and I can highlight this difference to support/my SSM. Obviously I'm not looking for any personal identifiers, just a button or header or something that I won't have. I recall there was a link on my regular fiverr profile that said 'preview fiver business' but it isn't there anymore. Please and thank you in advance to anyone that can help with this!!
  9. I was offered it originally but turned it down (I was busy with non-fiverr things). Then I came back and contacted CS saying I'd like to join and was on the waiting list for a few weeks roughly.
  10. Only had it once and I was amazed, it was about a minute! I think perhaps it's been forgotten about so probably worth an email to CS. Re the buyer that contacted you, I'm not sure what CS will do for her, aside from maybe arranging a refund, then again she must have accepted the delivery to have left a review.
  11. For $29 a month I think it is a tiny investment to have access to someone at fiverr that can help me if I need it. It depends how much you make on fiverr each month though. Same as promoted gigs. All depends on the ROI
  12. There's no clear answer to your question I'm afraid. Some people have been waiting since the program launched. It depends on your category I think among other things. What are the urgent issues you're facing?
  13. How dare you! 😉 This place makes their own Nutella donuts, so I went for one of those and a simple/classic jam donut. Great Monday treats!
  14. 72 hours from when you make delivery, assuming the buyer doesn't ask for revisions during the 72 hours.
  15. Groucho Marx's letter of resignation to the Friars' Club: “I don't want to belong to any club that would accept me as one of its members.” 😂
  16. Thanks Frank! Coincidentally had a meeting with my SSM today, I mentioned that you and others were very helpful to other sellers and she was like 'OMG Frank D, my team met him the other week, he's great!'
  17. Weird.... contact CS. If you've met the requirements then you should be promoted: Be an active seller for at least 60 days Complete at least 10 orders (all time) Earn $400 or more Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days Score a 90% order completion rate over 60 day Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days Receive no warnings over 30 days
  18. So many people on the forum! Yes I worked hard, had wonderful buyers, dealt with some tricky buyers, had a solid SSM and always tried to over deliver but I could not have done it without the wealth of advice and kindness that other sellers (and some buyers!) offer here - THANK YOU! Seriously, I learned so much from you all, from gig optimization to how other aspects of the platform worked to keeping my head in a good space when things were an uphill battle. There are too many of you to mention but special thanks to @frank_d @lloydsolutions @vickiespencer @newsmike @vibronx @miiila @zeus777 @mariashtelle1 @humanissocial @uk1000 @catwriter @melanielm @yannisenglish @visualstudios @smashradio. @jonbaas You have all taught me new things, shown me different perspectives and rightfully challenged and changed my opinions on different subjects. You all give up your time to contribute in a way that helps others to be successful. This is wonderfully kind and generous. I know the forum can suck sometimes, it can be akin to buyer requests but you are all a light in the darkness! (I know that's cheesy as hell). Anyway, I don't know many that would appreciate how much this promotion means to a seller (and I know levels aren't everything and I can be demoted) but I wanted to share my thanks and good news with the people who helped get me here. Maybe I'll do a post on 'my journey' as some others have done, but in the meantime I'm going to go buy a coffee and a donut (2 donuts) and enjoy the feeling. THANK YOU!
  19. This is really BAD advice! Do not listen to it @ferdous360! You already have over 4X more reviews than @faysaleditz & @arian_dmcombined. You do not need to stay active 24 hours a day. You do not need to publish your gigs on social media. Instead, search the forum and read some helpful posts:
  20. Hey @veedesigns4u! Firstly, are you sure you've met all the requirements? Always best to double check! Secondly, if you check the app, when does it say your 'next evaluation' date is? Thirdly, I think it can sometimes take 1 or 2 days for the new level to get applied. Good luck!
