    Yeah found that. Thank you!

@voicedbyken Is there anything regarding New Level in the Seller Plus section of Forums? I am just curious to know because I am not subscribed to Seller Plus currently!

The information in the SP threads is no different than what we have here. This thread currently covers everything. Even the Pro threads are lacking in anything new or developing about this update

  2. Just a minute ago I had the window opened to my success score page with the sidebar details open for each gig and it was showing stats for 9 gigs. I just refreshed it and now 2 of my 10/10 gigs are showing "--". If they are using the last 2 years of data to determine scores, any guesses as to why these two gigs have updated to show no data?

The "angry crazy talk show commentator" gig had it's last order 6 days ago.

Hi guys. What about the current TRS with 9-10 Success Scores?

Can we keep our TRS badge even after 14th March? Or will they force everyone to be Level 2 and select TRS again?

Honestly, your guess is as good as mine and I don't believe anyone here knows any more than that.

I read that TRS will not be auto-demoted as it will be handled by real people the same way we got approved for the rank.

  4. CS are the only ones I know who can do anything about this.  They're being swamped by issues due to the new update so it will probably take a while to get to you. I pray they do it soon. I know how much this sucks.

  5. As @webcut stated, it will take time to propagate and will also depend on searches within your gigs category. Enhancing your SEO can make a difference, but I would wait a few days before messing with anything to see if it changes.

  6. 99% of the revisions I get are from discounted orders. They're usually not legitimate revisions, but additional work, new scripts, additional variations of the same script that were not previously mentioned, adding gig-extras like music, and other production elements without paying for them, and then withdrawing the offers for the requested extras. This type of buyer comes in 2 flavors - 1. Work you until you cancel the order so they get the work for free. 2. Work you as much as they possibly can to get more bang for their $ and leave a negative review publically or privately, because you finally said "I'm sorry, but I've already given you far more than you had paid for as well as the 50% discount".

For revisions and extensions to count against us is BS.

The same goes for private reviews. I can very likely point out the folks who gave me mine. They are the above-mentioned. They are the ones who defraud the word count by placing a 100-word order and sending me a 1000-word script and when I send the offer to adjust for the missing words they throw a fit in the chat and eventually pay the amount and leave no public review.  They are the ones who order "for personal use" an ad spot they even admit to me will run on the radio advertising their business and when sent the offer for commercial or broadcast rights [both highlighted and bold in my description] will call me a swindler, a cheat, a bait'n'switch scammer and leave no review at the end of the order. They are the ones who ignore all such requests and never say a word though you see them online multiple times a day and they leave no public review.

These are the sort of people leaving private reviews. Not upstanding, honest buyers who are merely afraid of backlash from an upset seller. We get punished for the passive-aggressive behind-the-scenes bad actor who has 200 orders under their account with an "average rating given" score of 3 stars who knows that they can get around the actual price of the seller.

This is what we're up against. This is who Fiverr is protecting.

  7. I just want to clarify:

I don't dislike Fiverr or feel it is a bad platform, but I do feel like bad decisions are being made that may have good intentions and may result in unjustly punishing sellers who are not causing problems.

I started my account on Fiverr in 2018 with no idea how to use it and so it sat for over a year with no gigs and no activity. 2019 came around and I decided to set up shop and see how it goes. I made level 1 after my second month and level 2 on my third month and it felt wonderful. I couldn't believe how well it was going for me. By month 5 I was bringing in an average of 2k per month and thought about quitting my job to focus on Fiverr, but logic told me this could just be a fad so I kept working both. Then Covid happened, I lost my job, and was looking for another one with no luck. I decided this is my chance to test the waters and see what I could make of it and I made up for the loss of income in 2 months on Fiverr alone. Shortly after the end of my first year, I made TRS and the high I felt from that was unreal. Since then I always thought of Fiverr as being the greatest freelancer platform to ever exist. IMO, it saved my life and opened up many opportunities both inside and outside the platform.

Now with this new update and my score reflecting an 8 with that malicious red warning constantly haunting my dashboard "Your Top Rated status is at risk" I feel betrayed. I can't get ahold of my Success Coach, CS gives generic copy/paste replies, and we get nothing but BS answers here in the forums. There is no information in the level update "success score" documentation on how to fix my score, only generalizations that have little to nothing to do with my situation. I see many saying that losing TRS is no big deal because I have Seller Plus Premium, but that isn't good enough. Like many of you, I worked my butt off, made sacrifices in my personal life, and have always gone out of my way to please each and every buyer I work with and it makes no sense how I can fall when there isn't a single obvious indicator in my stats or relationship with my clients that I am doing something wrong. TRS/PRO is not just a shiny meaningless badge to me. I love Fiverr and I don't want to see it fail. I just wish that those making the big decisions could take into consideration the collateral damage and be proactive in preventing the unjust demotions that are going to occur in the coming weeks.

My apologies for the rant. I just needed to get this out.

    Hi all,

Quick question , is it just me or it's impossible to get 5 star reviews now?

I got a 4,7 from a client that we working together for 10 months and recently a 4,3 from an order that went very well.

I think it's very unprofessional to ask a client why they left "bad review" so I never do that

Not impossible, but due to the confusing nature of the review system, this will be the new norm

Do you think one of their goals in all of this is to make us pay for promoting gigs in order to get the same volume of orders as before?

I doubt it since Promotions at least for me have diminished in their return over the past 2 months.

I've had Promotions since beta and consistently made $150-$300 in orders per $10 spent on promotions. Most months I would be out of pocket $60 in promotions and make $2K+ off that alone. December was the first time it went south. I spent $70 on promotions and made $0 from them. January I only made $10 more than I paid to promotions and this month I'm at $15 and have made $60 making it the best of 3mths so far.

I feel like Promotions were made to run really well to drive sellers into the program and now that they have a ton of sellers paying them to promote - they lowered the effect. Similar to a fast-food restaurant releasing a new burger. The first month or two the burger is looks great, smells great, and tastes delicious, but then the quality diminishes overnight, and you pay the same price but get a low-quality, mystery meat sandwich that tastes no different than their other low-end burgers.

  10. It's the horrible compression by the playback engine Fiverr uses for gig videos. There is nothing you can do about it. So long as the original uncompressed video is rendered with a very clean, high-quality audio track in WAV format before compressing the 200mb+ video down to 50mb which will be compressed a second time by Fiverr, you should be fine. Just make sure you also include some audio demos in the other 2 sample slots, as these will be almost the same as the original after compression and not suffer the same loss as the video.

    Hope this helps

  11. Hey Gustavo,

It's all about how you wish to differentiate these. You can create custom gig-extras for your licenses that aren't already included by Fiverr. I have several licenses ranging from "Internal Business Use" "Full BuyOut" etc... You can create licenses for Regional, National, and International Broadcast usage. For me, I keep Broacast the same across the board as the more you add, the more confusing your non-industry business clients become. In the end, it's up to you. Test it out and see how it goes.

I do recommend including a PDF in your gallery explaining each license along with it respective permissions and restrictions so that you can direct potential buyers to an easy explanation without spending hours attempting to explain the same thing over and over again.

Sorry if any of this doesn't make sense - My sleep meds are kicking in...

The only issue that sticks out to me is your rates.

I completely understand that your rates for the skill required are 100% fair, but the issue is your level and experience on the platform. Being a new seller to the platform with no rating means you have no level of trust for someone to risk $80-$250. Anyone interested in your gig is waiting for someone else to be first.

If you look at other gigs in your category, they are starting at $10. This is your current competition- seller at level 0-1. Your current pricing is pitting you against level 2-TRS [Top Rated Sellers] in your category with 100s-1000s of 5-star reviews and a proven track record on the platform. Trust me, they all started at $5-$10 and likely didn't raise their rates until they hit Level 2 or TRS.

If you want to get the ball rolling, you will need to suffer for a while to get your numbers up. This is a painful process, but every single TRS here has paid their dues the same way.

I hope this helps you out.
