  1. Probably not, because new sellers don’t qualify for the program. Perhaps you didn’t read the announcement. Only vetted Level 2 and TRS level sellers qualify to participate, and only if they have gigs in the listed categories.
  2. My most popular gig is currently not on the first page of search results, but it does not qualify for this program, since it isn’t within a category currently open to ads. I do have a logo design gig that qualifies, but I do not yet have access to the ads platform. Where a seller’s gigs are, right now, clearly does not relate to the potential for a seller within the ads program. As you know, gigs rotate around regularly. I do not believe Fiverr is intentionally doing anything to force sellers to participate in the program. Please don’t make assumptions. The new ad promotion feature was officially released YESTERDAY. It doesn’t have anything to with your loss of sales over the PAST TWO WEEKS. It is unwise to cast blame on other things, when, in reality, the only person who can make you successful and earn you orders is YOU. If your sales are low, no one else is to blame. Do some marketing research, and figure out how to better connect to your target customers. That’s how you earn orders. Claimed experience in the past, has very little to do with what buyers see in the present. When buyers look at the services of a TRS, they see a hard-built reputation on this site, with reviews, testimonials, buyer samples, etc. When buyers look at a new seller, they see an unproven risk, and a seller with no social proof of his/her claimed skills. More often than not, a buyer is going to hire the proven professional with reviews, samples, and social proof. That’s usually how business works no matter where you go. It is, therefore, unrealistic to claim this to be unfair. We all start at the bottom and work our way up. New sellers need to work hard to prove themselves… TRS sellers have already done this. That’s just how business works.
  3. What “landing page” are you referring to?
  4. I don’t believe this is true, because sellers from categories that aren’t even part of the ads program have been complaining about gig placement. Fiverr is/was not intentionally sending seller gigs to the back of the search results, just to force them to pay more to be seen. Why would Fiverr, as you claim, send sellers to the back of the search results who don’t even qualify for the promoted gigs program?
  5. Then you may want to consider it to be an advantage – and a goal – of being promoted to a higher level seller. Fiverr clearly wants to feature established sellers in this program, so… work hard to become an established seller. Success (and the benefits that come with it) are earned. 🙂
  6. Qatar does pop up if you hover over it, but yes, it is very small on the map.
  7. You think they’re ever going to test people who create brand names? How exactly do you test for subjective things like that? Building a brand is about creativity, story, and vision. The only test for these things is success.
  8. Why are you worrying about something that may never happen? As long as you follow all of the rules stated on the Fiverr Terms of Service page, then you won’t be breaking any rules that would get your account banned.
  9. If you have questions about something not working the way you think it should, please contact Customer Support. We, here on the forum, are not Customer Support.
  10. Really, am I asking other people to order my Gig!!!. I think you don’t understand what I said, I did not said anyone to order my Gig, Is on any Gig means my Gig!!!, I just asked, the buyer said here are no more payment option other than Paypal. So as I know Fiverr accepts major credit card and debit card. So then I think it may be for Nigeria only PayPal option is available. So just for conforming I say, if you don’t know is there any payment option available to pay other than Paypal, Just click on Order, Fiverr will show the various payment option it has to buy the service in any specific country. When I said I am going to work with him, And when I said the buyer unable or unwilling to pay the service through Fiverr. After 2 hours of discussion when a buyer said I want your service but Fiverr Is showing only PayPal option to pay, So what we think may the Fiverr really showing only PayPal to buy.May the buyer scamming with us.To know the real things we asked if the buyer really scamming and there is other methods available to buy other than Paypal we can block the buyer. Thank You. The buyer sounds like he’s trying to scam you. Please tone down the aggression, and don’t work for that buyer. It’s a simple as that. The buyer must pay for your services according to the payment options Fiverr allows. If he isn’t willing or able to do that, then he is not someone that you should work for.
  11. Are you asking other people to buy from you in order to “check if they can”? That’s pretty sneaky, if you ask me. You don’t need us to try and “confirm” that someone is scamming you. If your buyer is unable (or unwilling) to pay for your services through Fiverr (as the TOS of this site requires), then he/she is not someone you should be working with.
  12. What instructions did Fiverr send you when they informed you of your restricted account? Generally, the Fiverr policy is that you have to wait 90 days before you can recover any funds from a restricted account.
  13. I believe, if you wish to retake those tests (most of them), you’d have to wait a set period of time before doing so. If you need further clarification, it may be best to just contact Customer Support.
  14. If the order has already gone late (because it wasn’t delivered on time), then, unfortuantely, the order remains in late status until delivered.
  15. Fiverr is correct. Your order went late. You cannot extend late orders. You can either modify/complete it, or cancel it and refund the purchase price to the buyer.
  16. Sitting around an expecting orders to magically appear, is not a bug. @arunroy9400, if you want orders, you are going to have to learn about your target customers, study their habits, interests and needs, connect with them, show them how you can use your services to solve their needs, and then convince them to hire you. YOU are responsible for earning your orders. Fiverr does not guarantee sellers that they will have orders, just because they have gigs here on Fiverr. That’s not how Fiverr works. If you want orders, you will have to out-compete your thousands of competitors.
  17. If a mod removed that link, then, no matter what you think of that promotional link, it was inappropriate according to the forum rules.
  18. Like I said… If you benefit from a link you post, either financially, or via a promotional reward, then it is spam.
  19. Saving other people money by signing up through your referral link that makes you money. Yes. That is spam.
  20. None of us can help you with this. Customer Support is extremely busy – this I can confirm from comments an agent told me within the past few days. I know you want a quick answer, but you really do have to be patient. They will address your ticket when they are able, and if it is something they can assist with.
  21. If you want your rating to rise again, deliver more orders – on time. The reason your rating dropped is because you have had few to no orders, and the one order you’ve been working on was not delivered on time. If you think there is an error in this calculation, contact Customer Support.
  22. Yes. Many Fiverr veterans do make a living here on Fiverr. I know a few myself. But they didn’t get there by begging on the forums, or sitting back and waiting for things to happen. They became successful (sometimes wealthy) by, taking responsibility for their gigs, marketing their services, and doing what they needed to do to BUILD their success. You will likely fail here if you just sit back and wait. Fiverr is not a get-rich-quick platform. It is a marketplace. If you want to be successful here, it will take a lot of work, sacrifice and hardship. Nothing will come easy, and nothing will be given out of charity. Hard work. Hard work. Hard work.
  23. I select whose request I wish to respond to, and I address their request personally.
  24. I do. There’s gold in those requests, if you know how to communicate well. 😉
  25. I guess all those terrible seller responses are why I keep winning orders in the buyer request section. It’s not hard to sell yourself as a professional, so long as you take the time to understand the needs of the buyer, and learn how to connect with those who are asking for help.
