  1. Perhaps this is intended by Fiverr, so that new sellers, or sellers at lower seller levels, learn to better manage the orders they do have. Do you really need more than seven orders in your queue? Complete and deliver the orders you do have, and you’ll have the ability to gain more from the search system.
  2. This is unlikely to gain you any responses because the above is a statement all about you. Buyers are not here to give you 5-star ratings. Most of them could care less, they just want great work – even if they don’t plan on leaving any kind of review. This is extremely vague, and does not address the specific needs of a buyer. It you want to win the job, be personal. This is not personal or personalized. To be honest, your quoted seller response is one of the worst that I have ever seen. It is not personalized to the buyer, it is all about you and what you want to get out of the project, and it is vague and unimpressive. You can do better. All sellers responding with this kind of message can do better. I’ve been a buyer in BR many times, and I can tell you with 100% honesty, I just ignor and delete every single copy-paste message like that that comes my way. The people I hire in BR take an interest in me and MY buyer needs, they don’t tell me how awesome they are, and what kind of review they want me to give them. Perhaps that terrible copy-paste seller response is why you’ve sent 4,000 BR responses in two years, and won so few orders as a result I also find it interesting how you were complaining about getting so few orders from BR, and when people started pointing out what you were doing wrong, you edited the number of orders received to make it look higher. You have 518 reviews on your account. It is highly unlikely that you gained 200 of those orders from sending that terrible copy-paste seller response to buyers in BR. 😉
  3. You can study your target customers, and then market and promote to them, and convince them to hire you. You should not be expecting Fiverr to provide you with all of your customers.
  4. To be honest, I wouldn’t have expected this. I’ve always thought that other parts of the world have a stronger cultural desire for spells than in the USA. I am intrigued to have been proven wrong. 🙂
  5. I still don’t see the connection to becoming a millionaire.
  6. I’m confused. I don’t understand how one unread message can allegedly make someone a millionaire.
  7. Like I said, we cannot help you, nor will our opinions resolve your concerns. Fiverr Customer Support is the only source for an answer regarding payment for their learning courses.
  8. I think, if you have payment concerns regarding Fiverr’s course offerings, you should talk to Customer Support. We cannot help you with this, nor is anything we say going to fix your concerns. Fiverr CS is the only source of information regarding account and payment services.
  9. I have no idea what you are asking. Can you please rephrase your request?
  10. Well then, you aren’t being careful enough. You’re going to need to read the whole TOS, and be aware of the rules it establishes. The rules are there for a reason. If you plan to work here on Fiverr, you’re going to need to read the rules.
  11. The best way to be a careful seller is to read the Fiverr Terms of Service. You’ve read the entire TOS from top to bottom, right? 😉
  12. I should point out that asking your buyers anything about the reviews they may have left might be seen as soliciting reviews, and that’s a big no-no according to Fiverr’s rules. You could get your account limited, warned, or removed because of it. If your buyer(s) left a review, and the system informs you of this, great, review back, respond, and move on. You should NEVER be questioning your buyers about the reviews they have left, might leave, or chose not to leave in the first place. Reviews are a voluntary bonus, not a requirement. You’re here on Fiverr to do a job for your clients, do it well, and get paid. You are not entitled to anything else.
  13. If you have questions, Fiverr invited you to contact them. Perhaps that is what you should do.
  14. I would imagine Fiverr does this to encourage sellers to work toward higher seller levels, as well as to help the newbie sellers manage their queues and learn how to maintain a successful work flow.
  15. Actually, this is not new. I asked CS about this roughly 12 months ago when the new levels system went into effect. I was asked not to discuss the specifics that I was told, but yes, gigs do disappear from search results at certain “orders in queue” amounts, depending upon your seller level. I have seen and confirmed this personally as I have worked at various seller levels. “New Seller” and “Level One” have these queue restrictions in place. “Level Two” sellers appear to have no such queue restrictions. Please keep in mind, though, no matter what seller level you have, you should not be putting all your sales hopes on gig search results. Fiverr CS has stated this many times (to many people who have asked): You should be marketing and promoting your gigs on your own to bring in more customers. There are no sales or traffic guarantees here on Fiverr, but you can control traffic and sales by working hard to market and promote your services. This is a separate user-initiated feature, and is not related to the above queue restrictions. Are these examples from “Level Two” or “TRS” sellers? 😉
  16. Many months ago, I hit a record of having 45 orders in my queue (all from one gig). If you’re good at managing your work flow, it doesn’t really matter how many orders you have in your queue. Yes, there is an element of social proof, but in the end, it’s more a matter of how good you are that can earn you a higher spot in the search results.
  17. That site block states, “Please check the box below to access the site…” If you click the box, as it states, are you able to access the site? That message is a security feature. If you click it, the requirement should disappear, and you can access the site.
  18. Have you tried doing what the message says, and clicking the box to access the site?
  19. 14 days are just fine. If you can wait 10 days, you can wait four more days than that. Then you’re going to have to learn how to wait. Other people get paid every 14 days in their jobs. You can wait 14 days as well. You can get more orders by marketing and promoting your gigs, just like any other business does. If you want more income, then raise your prices. It seems silly to complain about things you can freely change of your own choosing. I’m pretty sure they won’t. If something isn’t broken, why try to fix it? Fiverr clears funds in 14 days for most sellers, and 7 days for Top Rated Sellers. This clearance system seems to be working just fine. Indeed it is.
  20. Since you asked for my opinion… I think the clearance is just fine the way it is. Most people – in other forms of employment – get paid every two weeks. Why do you feel that needs to be different here? The current 14-day fund clearance is a security thing. Fiverr needs to make sure all completion and refund issues are wrapped up before funds are cleared for withdrawal. Fiverr does give Top Rated Sellers a 7-day clearance, however, this is more of a trust thing – since TRS sellers are vetted. If you want 7-day clearance, you will have to be a TRS seller.
  21. How, exactly, does someone “misbehave you”? She forced you to misbehave? You can complain all you want, but most of us are unlikely to listen. You cannot demand that a buyer leave you a tip, and then “complain” when she doesn’t leave a tip as large as you want. She chose to leave you a tip. Be happy that she did. If she needs more work, present her with an offer for that work via a new order. Otherwise, be professional, be gracious and move on.
  22. Sorry, it wasn’t really meant in reply to you. I actually intended to reinforce to the OP the fact that by discussing the tip with the buyer at all, they could get warned or banned. I agreed with your statements. 🙂
  23. Your post is in response to my comments, so I’m a little confused. I wasn’t suggesting that the OP discuss the tip amount with the buyer. I was merely stating that the seller/OP might want to consider smoothing over any confusion with the buyer by offering to do the requested work – in a custom order – for a discount. If the buyer thought she was purchasing work by providing that tip amount, the seller/OP could just be generous and present the buyer with a discounted offer for the work. By doing so, the seller can balance out the confusion, and both parties are happy and get what they wanted (within the rules).
  24. Tips are tips. You should not be using the tip feature to solicit or complete additional work. She appears to have left that amount as a tip – that was very generous of her. Her order is now complete (since you can’t leave a tip until the order is completed). Talk with her, and either encourage her to place a new order for the new work, or offer her a custom offer – perhaps even at a discounted price.
  25. I’m confused. Are you complaining because a buyer promised you a tip of a certain size, and then actually tipped half of that amount? Tips are voluntary. You neither deserve them as a seller, nor is it appropriate for you to complain when a buyer doesn’t voluntarily leave a tip in the amount that you want. -Jon
