  1. Most new sellers just responded to BR with untargeted copy-paste spam, and then expected those spam offers to result in a flood of orders. That's not how the BR section was designed to operate. Sending random spam is the epitomy of not doing any work. Only if you call wisdom and truth, hypocracy. I've been a successful seller on Fiverr, for many more years than you. In fact, I was around, as a seller, during the first version of Fiverr.... when everything was limited to $5 services. I've seen, and followed many rules on Fiverr since them. And, as a wise seller, I neither recommend, nor challenge anyone to break those rules. Amen to that! Far too many new sellers seem to think that they know how everything works. If they did, they'd have a queue full of orders. 😛
  2. And their persistant resistence to learn and grow is why they aren't connecting to any buyers here on Fiverr.
  3. And how, exactly, do you propose that sellers do this? 🙄
  4. Every searcher sees different search results. This is because gigs are not ranked like an internet search engine, they are matched to likely buyers. As a result, only those likely buyers see your gigs in their search results. You likely don't see your own gigs, because you are not a buyer match for your own gigs.
  5. I often wonder if the new B&M feature was more of a way to create something -- anything -- to viably end the broken things of BR. BR was heavily misused, and new sellers seemed to think that it was a golden meal ticket. But that's not how BR was intended to function. I imagine BR was intended to be a more valuable feature under the old Fiverr system, but that old -- orginal -- Fiverr has been almost completely removed (i.e., upgraded to an AI system). BR was the only real original feature left, and it was a mess under the new AI Fiverr. I wouldn't be surprised if B&M was the "just make something to allow us to remove BR" solution. Now, with BR gone, the problems of BR are gone as well, and the new B&M feature is less integral, and therefore, less likely to be inappropriately relied upon for success. Now, new sellers are forced to learn how to build their freelance reputations in the marketplace, as Fiverr has always intended it to be.
  6. I don't get "free matches". I'm a seller who has earned the right to get any matches that I recieve. But I also don't expect to get any matches to begin with. I don't rely on those Brief & Match matches, just as I never relied on Buyer Requests for my orders. Neither should you. Great sellers don't rely on things being given to them for free. Do I sense a bit of jealousy from you? Level 2 and TRS sellers were once no-level sellers, or level 1 sellers, just like you. We all work our way up the same ladder. Well, I guess, since that's against the rules, we'll never know. 😉
  7. Yes. Seriously. Be a great seller, whom your target customers need to hire. Meet the seller metrics Fiverr requires. Promote your gigs wherever your target customers can be found.
  8. There is no gig rank. That's not how Fiverr works.
  9. Be patient, and wait until they do. But be aware too, that there might not be the response that you want, if Support is unable to assist.
  10. You cannot possibly guarantee lifetime activation. You made a promise that you cannot keep, and this was likely deemed to be false information, thus your gig was removed. Don't make promises and guarantees that are physically impossible to satisfy. This is probably because Fiverr had not yet discovered your false promise. Gigs are not ranked on Fiverr. There is no set rank in the Fiverr search system. That's not how Fiverr works.
  11. This is likely because you do not qualify for any matches at the present time.
  12. Be a great seller, whom your target customers need to hire.
  13. This is 100% true. All gigs are judged by seller metrics. When your seller metrics fall, your gigs are seen less in the search system. This is how Fiverr works. When you improve your seller metrics, your gigs MIGHT rebound again. Fiverr likes to give visibility to the sellers with the best seller metrics. Seller metrics affect all of a seller's gigs, because the metrics reflect the seller, not the individual gigs. They don't reveal the internal qualifications, because then nefarious sellers would be able to exploit them. If you are ineligible, then you are ineligible. Sellers are not entitled to features, just because they want them. It would be wise to learn how to work the features that you are eligible for. Business constantly changes. You need to be willing to change with the changes. Did Fiverr tell you that they think you are a hacker trying to destroy their database? Please do not make assumptions. Fiverr openly admits when there are errors, and they usually say they they are working to fix them. Maybe these issues you are facing really DO involve you, and only YOU can fix them, by improving your seller metrics.
  14. Perhaps, however, Buyer Requests are gone for good. They're not coming back. Fiverr uses the Brief & Match system now. No seller is entitled to briefs. If you qualify for any, they may be shown to you. If not, focus on the things that you can control -- like being a great seller. I have no complaints.
  15. Oh, the only Elvish language that matters -- from Middle Earth, of course! Although, I wish I could speak it fluently.
  16. Nope. They are YOUR target customers. If you plan to be in business, you're going to have to learn who your own customers are intended to be. I'm not going to do your work for you. You claim the following on your Fiverr profile: You claim to have "4+ years of experience in organic search engine optimization for a broad range of clients." It sounds like you already have four years of experience in answering your "how to find SEO clients' question. 😉
  17. Well, let's see, in addition to English, I know a little Pig Latin, Elvish, Op, and Klingon. Neither. Although, as I understand it, two of those four languages are, indeed, taught in some American schools. 😉 Well, "geek" is my unofficial middle name, so... 😛
  18. Creat skilled services that your target customers need to hire you to complete. You do know who your target customers are, right?
  19. It would be wise for you to learn how to make your own opportunities, and build your own success, instead of expecting someone else (Fiverr in this case) to do it for you. You are not entitled to chances, you make them yourself. Fiverr loves sellers who do their own work, and make things happen for themselves. Afterall, that's the point of being a freelancer. So, it sounds like you're saying that you won't be motivated to succeed, until someone else does things for you? How is that fair to the great sellers who take freelancing by the horns, and do the work themselves? Please take responsibility for your own customers, your own orders, and your own success.
  20. What kind of poll is this? And what is the purpose of this poll? Successful freelancers know how to earn orders. New sellers who sit around waiting for random orders do not. Therefore, learn how to be a successful seller who understands their target customers, and knows how to provide services that solve those customers' needs. Problem solved.
  21. The problem is that there is at least one first-time message that you did not respond to within a day of reception. The solution is to respond to alll future first-time messages quickly, and wait for this existing message that you did not respond to fast enough to drop off of your current metrics.
  22. No, it is not. Staying online does not guarantee new orders. I promise you, sitting around, online, waiting for orders to arrive, is not how successful sellers earn their orders. Buyers can choose to hire you at any time, even when you are offline, so there is absolutely no benefit to sitting around waiting for someone to see you online, and hire you. I, myself, have earned thousands of orders over the years, and hardly any were gained because a buyer saw me online. Most buyers, if they are serious about their project needs, will more likely bookmark your gig -- along with gigs of your competitors, and then compare services over a period of time. They will then come back, and contact the sellers who offer the best services within the buyer's project conditions. Fiverr is a competitive freelance services marketplace, not a job search website. You are not going to get all sorts of instant orders, just because you sit around expecting people to see you. That is not consistent with general buyer bahavior. There is no such thing as gig rank on Fiverr. That's not how Fiverr works. Gigs are specifically matched to likely buyers, they are not ranked for everyone to see, in a search engine setting.
  23. It will take as long as it takes. There is no one set timeframe.
  24. It doesn't. The only thing it does is encourages bad buyers to take advantage of you. But, perhaps you would prefer to learn that yourself, first-hand. Now that is a wise decision.
  25. You do not have a logo design service for hire. In addition, there are currently over 74,000 competing logo design gigs on Fiverr. You presently offer no proof of past work, nothing to suggest that you have the skill to design logos, and there are 74,000 other viable service options. Why should someone hire YOU to design a logo? EDIT: I also don't believe that you have a "Ph.D in Written Communication". 😉 If you are that highly educated, what are you doing trying to give away your work for free (as noted in your other forum topic)?
