  1. @mazizgraphics Welcome to the Fiverr Forum. It is an excellent place to learn about how Fiverr works. Do not listen to the users here who give bad advice, such as "active all the time". Do not do that. We all need our sleep, especially senior citizens like me. May you have good luck 🍀 with your Fiverr business. What are you agreeing with? The OP asked users to share tips. Your post makes no sense. If you want to agree with someone, use the emojis to do so; otherwise, your post is pointless. BTW the forum is restructuring, so short, pointless answers will not count towards gaining forum badges.
  2. Downloading through my inbox and order page, both appear to work fine.
  3. It will be easier if you do not believe in these five Fiverr Myths, which you will see newbie sellers parrot often.
  4. Op must be ashamed of his gig@breals. Because when I went to look at the music artist gig and its reviews, it was gone. Plus, I could not see the review you posted an image of. How is that? I thought reviews were permanent, even if a gig is deleted. My mistake! 🙈 I did not notice that you were talking to @janyseo333. I apologize to OP for my comment above. I read too fast and got confused because of the order of the post. I wonder if @janyseo333 knows that her gig and profile image broke TOS because they misled buyers. 🤔 If one of her buyers wanted to report her, she could get a warning against her account. 😱
  5. And I agree with you and @donnovan86. The Fiverr Forum has an emoji to use to say congratulations.
  6. @Kesha is this messsage an error? I get it when I click on any headings, i.e., News and so on.
  7. What about the sellers/buyers who have invested over ten thousand dollars in buying on Fiverr? Should they be excluded too?
  8. I am a buyer and a seller on Fiverr and have spent a considerable amount making purchases on Fiverr. I know many other sellers like me are also buyers and have spent much more than I have. @vickieito comes to mind. There are other sellers I see on the Forum who have hired me to proofread content for projects they have outside of Fiverr. I will not mention them due to privacy issues. This would be a better idea rather than creating a buyers-only zone that does not include us, who buy and sell both on Fiverr.
  9. There may need to be some changes in the forum rules as well. For example, rule #6 mentions "My Fiverr Gigs", which is no longer a category.
  10. Run away from these types of buyers. They are scammers! Accepting orders and payments outside of the Fiverr platform will get your account banned! Plus, you will not get paid!
  11. The first thing I notice about your gig images is that they are cluttered with too many words. When sellers search for gigs, they will not spend much time reading all of the tiny text on your gig image. It is much better to capture the buyer's attention by using fewer words and making them stand out. Good luck in your Fiverr journey! 🚀
  12. @jicky_chacko, Happy New Year to you, and welcome to Fiverr and the Fiverr Forum. I noticed you had a link to your profile in your first post. It would be good if you read the Fiverr Forum rule at the top of every Forum page to stay out of trouble. That goes for Fiverr's TOS, too. From the Forum Rules: If you remove that link, you will not get a warning from a Forum m_o_d.
  13. That is not true. 🤨 Being active on the Fiverr Forum does not guarantee being a successful seller. What will help you become a better seller is to read the pinned posts in the category "Tips for Sellers" to learn how to be a better seller and get more sales. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/?forumId=15%2C16
  14. I agree; your profile image is very off-putting right now because you appear to be scowling.
  15. 😱 Noooooo! Please read what I wrote in the post above yours.
  16. Make sure your profile and gig write-ups are perfect. Your gig images should be eye-catching but not have garish colors or too many words that add clutter. Buyers want to know what your services are quickly and will skip your gig if there is too much to read.
  17. @afiaa_anjum the posts above gave you bad advice! Even if the buyer contacts Customer Support without a seller's request, the seller may get a warning against their account for review manipulation. It is best to accept the review and move on. @donnovan86 had a buyer who genuinely made an error when creating the review, and when that buyer went to CS to correct his mistake, Donnovan got a warning.
  18. And now he is following me. I guess that was not too much work to figure out.
  19. I have signed a few in my time working on Fiverr. I checked with Customer Service, and it is not against TOS. And now you have lost a buyer. Thanks to listening to someone on the Forum who spoke without knowing TOS. Next time, wait for more answers to see if everyone agrees, or contact CS.
  20. Next, you can research what the Pro and Top Rated Sellers' gig images look like. Note that they all have only a few bold words describing their services. Buyers prefer to read only a few words on gig images. Plus, they like to see pictures of the seller. I doubt that it is you in the suit in the left image. 4 TRS gig images. Do not copy gig images or gig and profile wording, as that will get you in trouble with Fiverr.
  21. First of all, you need to improve your gig images. They are cut off.
