How I can improve my gig quality and more sales
vickiespencer replied to cheetahgraphic's topic in Gig Advice
Next, you can research what the Pro and Top Rated Sellers' gig images look like. Note that they all have only a few bold words describing their services. Buyers prefer to read only a few words on gig images. Plus, they like to see pictures of the seller. I doubt that it is you in the suit in the left image. 4 TRS gig images. Do not copy gig images or gig and profile wording, as that will get you in trouble with Fiverr. -

Your profile says you have been on Fiverr since October 2022. -
I read the buyer's comment. She wants her money back. That does not sound like someone who wants to leave a 5-star review. Did you ask the buyer to change it? If so, that is against Fiverr's TOS, and you could get a warning for it.

Did you use the search bar to look for answers, or do you want to be spoon-fed the information? -

@sagorads , it appears you copied part of @oymusafir's post. Why would you do that?

I just looked at your profile and found that you do not have even one order. Competition is tough in your niche. I think this is your problem. What are you doing to make your three gigs stand out from the 47,506 other Social Media Marketing gigs? 🤔 -

If you use the search feature 🔍 you will find that many sellers have asked the same question. You will also be able to glean some information from those threads that could help you. Good luck.- 19 replies

My impressions decreased suddenly but my rank still the same
vickiespencer replied to faist_co's topic in Gig Advice
SPM = Seller Plus Manager BSR = Buyer Satisfaction Rating -
And yet, as a proofreader, my SPM has told me I cannot rewrite any seller's gig or profile descriptions. I can only correct the English conventions. So, is it okay for a robot to do what I, as a seller, cannot? I do not have the answer to that. However, I know that "keyword stuffing" is real, and Google does not favor such content in its search algorithm. But I am not sure how Fiverr's algorithm works.

If you are a Seller Plus member, your SPM can tell you if your BSR is good. -
I am referring to the AI-generated text that many of the Forum users use. It is very apparent that they are using it as it does not sound natural compared to their "normal" posts. Besides, what I wrote is my opinion of the way AI text sounds. It is not a fact.
-
I have yet to look at your profile or gigs, but Fiverr's TOS says that if you use AI-generated text on your profile, you must cite the source, too.
-
Yes, about 70% was your words. However, this part was not: As @vibronx pointed out, people come here to talk to other people not to interact with robots. If you stay around the Forum for long you will see that AI-generated posts are quickly removed. So, the next time @startalent2024, you want to use AI-generated text, please tell the reader that is what you are doing. However, the best thing to do is use your own words. AI-generated wording is too flowery and unnatural.

What to do with an order when customer changes his mind?
vickiespencer replied to the_ai_artisan's question in Starter Questions
There is a place in the Resolution Center to give your buyer a partial refund. Perhaps that would satisfy them. Out of curiosity, have you seen this magazine's article on AI Art?- 7 replies

Go forth and do not make the same mistake again.

Extension after deadline "Late" order
vickiespencer replied to sheepkiller07's question in Starter Questions
It would have been best to request the extension before the order became late. Then, you would not be facing a negative hit to your stats. -
This makes no sense, as most Fiverr Forum members are sellers. The reason to join the Forum is for the many things you will learn about working on Fiverr. But only follow the advice of successful sellers. Refrain from taking heed of the sellers who have only a few orders per year and do not know what they are talking about. Buyers Request was removed from the Fiverr platform about two years ago. Are you one of the sellers who gives advice without knowing how Fiver works? 😱 The above advice could get the person who follows it suspended from the Fiverr platform as it is against TOS. Perhaps you should read them. 🤔 This ⬆️ is excellent advice given by an experienced seller.

Cannot buy service using Chrome and Paypal
vickiespencer replied to luckiestfella's question in Starter Questions
Most of the Fiverr Forum users are sellers and may not have any experience with this issue. I buy and sell on Fiverr, and I have PayPal set as my default payment. I have not had any issues with using it. -
It is great that you give advice on the Forum that may help others. However, Fiverr Forum Rule # 1 says to create unique posts, and you have posted the same advice in at least five different threads. Plus, it appears you have not noticed that you mistyped the word "buyer". The word Bayer is a brand of aspirin.
