  1. What does that smackdown consist of?
  2. This is a great one! As if they ever still do "manual matching!"
  3. Wow - this is huge news when another major seller leaves. I just watched the video - compelling!
  4. I'll tell you: it's because gen alpha and Z aren't able to hold a job for more than six months before moving on Just wondering - are there any adults in the room when these youngster/developers are changing things "just because they can?" I agree. And all of this could have been avoided if they just bothered running in by some of their senior sellers, like us, before they launched it. I'm sorry, that just wouldn't work - it makes too much sense.
  5. What a great idea fiverr… didn’t you get rid of editing reviews a few years ago because it was a horrible idea? How did a horrible idea again became this brilliant idea? 🤦‍♀️ I bet it's a new set of developers who just "discovered" this concept, and don't remember what went before.
  6. Check the date. If it is today, they don't update the impressions until much later in the day, so yours will show 0 for right now.
  7. That's pretty weird and must be bothersome if you can't sse the thread.
  8. I tried to log in to see what the profiles looked like, but then read something Emmaki posted, which indicated you can't log in until you are asked by a client. Odd.
  9. I know Emmaki - I've been shocked at how little reaction there has been to this Enterprise concept.
  10. Same here - I've gotten several 5 star reviews since this new system was deployed. I already had RTO turned on for all my gigs, so my experience just hasn't changed. I think RTO has afforded me the mechanism to pre-screen buyers, which I do by asking an extensive set of questions to define their project. I've declined several opportunities that experience has taught me looked like they could lead to a troublesome outcome. It just miminized the potential for low reviews.
  11. This is a theme that has been discussed before with Fiverr. They deploy new initiatives without sufficient testing up front, which leads to unintended consequences in the form of bugs and functions that don't work properly.
  12. I would suggest that you not accept the premise that the uneven results of this new Fiverr level system are somehow your fault.
  13. This is the best feature Fiverr ever got for us. RTO has eliminated the hassles I had with buyers who ordered something I didn't offer, buyers who had obviously not taken the time to read what I provide. It has also made cancellations a headache of the past for me. I haven't experienced a dropoff in contacts or orders from buyers.
  14. When I first started, it took me about 2 months to get my first order. I had to just be patient until that happened.
  15. I didn't realize it had been that long ago. That does make a difference. I think I would choose this option. I would explain the circumstances, so he understands why the late and amended delivery. He may still be able to change to the new logo, depending on where he is using it.
  16. I've done that several times, and I've never been aware that it violated any Fiverr Terms of Service. I think it just shows a commitment to giving your buyer the best product possible, and will likely improve your relationship with that buyer.
  17. Well said! This is the essence of the problem with buyer requests/buyer briefs/NEO.
  18. Yes, that would make sense. I have no problem with that, but there sure has been a lack of information since it "launched." I've just posted a thread asking if anyone can provide clarifications about NEO. You know, I saw the same thing with Fiverr Business. A lot of hype pre-launch, and then it just quietly slipped off the radar over the next few months. I suspect because it wasn't all that great a success. I wonder if the same might be happening with NEO. When Fiverr stops talking about a new initiative - that's a clue.
  19. That makes sense. Could it be that they will be keeping and using both methods - NEO and the current buyer briefs? Sure wish we could get some more information about this. Makes you wonder how NEO is or is not working out in practice - maybe they don't want to talk about it.
  20. That is my experience of the current buyer briefs. I have twice asked if this NEO function is actually being used, since I'm still on the waiting list to try it out. If NEO is doing the matching - what a horrific fail that is! The Fiverr announcement said this: " Leveraging the latest technology and cutting-edge algorithms to create a ground-breaking matching tool, Fiverr Neo™ offers faster, better, and more personalized experiences." Oh really? With the ultimate irony, as I wrote this, I got another buyer brief that was a terrible mismatch.
  21. In watching the video about it, it looks like it is a new AI way to match buyers with sellers. From the launch announcement: "Today, I am really excited to announce the launch of Fiverr Neo™ which is designed to do exactly that - introduce an all-new experience that will allow our customers to express their needs and be matched with the right solution." The Fiverr announcement said this: " Leveraging the latest technology and cutting-edge algorithms to create a ground-breaking matching tool, Fiverr Neo™ offers faster, better, and more personalized experiences." I get the impression that this would replace the existing buyer brief process. I may be wrong, but the lack of followup information by Fiverr has left me pretty baffled about it, to be honest.
  22. @Shiran.M. I asked this earlier, but didn't hear back. Is NEO actually being used yet to generate buyer briefs? Or are we still receiving the old version? I'm still on the waiting list to test it out, so I suspect it's not in use yet. Could you provide an update?
  23. I have had briefs turned on for the past month, and it has been the same old spectacular mismatches. When they put out the announcement about the Product Release, you had to sign up for a waiting list to try out Neo. I asked in that thread when they were going to begin using Neo, but I never got an answer. I suspect it's not working yet, since it still looks like the same old process.
