Buyer profile not found

Why is it hard to get the buyer profile and reach for him?
Whenever I look for them in the research section, it’s not found.

Yes!

Sometimes, I find the buyer. Sometimes it’s not found.

If I can’t find the buyer how am I supposed to contact him and see his needs even with the order sent?

You don’t contact the buyer. the buyer contacts you.

You aren´t supposed to, so you typically can´t, contact a buyer, unless they contacted you first or you already have a conversation history with them because of a prior order.

You can’t contact buyer through buyer request page.if they mark your message as spam, it will affect badly.
