Best fit sizes for Fiverr

Hey there, I was wondering what would be the best size for my gig photos and videos in pixels.
I’m kind of new here, so kinda confused about that and feel free to drop pointers. Thanks in advance.

Videos - I’ve uploaded both 1280x 720 and 1920x1080 without any problems.

Don’t even bother to go with 550x370 because you will have a white border around your picture when you upload it. The key to win is 680x458, trust me this is the perfect ratio, small size, good quality, no borders. Hope it helps!
