I can not see the files of my order

This could just be an error, have you asked the seller if they forgot to attach them? I did have a buyer who said the same problem happened to him with a delivery last night, so it is possible it’s actually a Fiverr glitch. If the seller says they did attach the files and you can’t see them, you could ask if they can try DropBox. If they aren’t comfortable with that or it doesn’t work, you should contact Customer Support and ask them what to do.

Take care not to automatically blame the seller or CS might cancel the order and that wouldn’t be fair to you or the seller. (If it really is the seller’s fault hopefully they can just re-send or give you a refund.)
