The same thing is happening to me. I don’t think it’ll take too long for Fiverr to fix it, if it is an issue. I think that traffic is playing a tiny role in this, but overall, I believe that it’s an issue with Fiverr itself. For this reason, we should expect it to be fixed soon without any worries.

Same here as well ! I contacted customer support but, they told me that everything is working fine from their end . They told me to wait for 24-48 hours .Now, let’s see if the issue will be resolved or not .

It is not true that there are no buyers’s requests of Fridays. Fiverr is having an issue right now where there haven’t been any updates for 48 hours.

I’m in central Europe and still no new buyer requests, while the last one just gathers more and more offers - it’s currently on 54 - at least that requested will have a really wide playing field when it comes to potential sellers 😃

I think fiverr team is working on the buyers request section to stop the sellers who post their offers in that section and ultimately become a cause to waste an offer of another seller. Hoping that new update is just on the way!!!

I also couldn’t able to make new requests because no new request from last night. Sellers should not post their offers to that section. Hopefully Fiverr may take notice of this and come to any solution soon.

We are not getting any buyer requests because, Fiverr is currently working on a new update knows as Promoted Gigs. Promoted Gigs are currently in Beta. It will eventually be rolled out to the Fiverr community at large.

During Beta testing, for those who decide to participate, Fiverr will select the Gigs that can be Promoted Gigs. This is so that we can collect data that will help us develop this feature and ensure that sellers are getting the most out of this new form of promotion. In the future, you will be able to select the Gigs you want listed as Promoted Gigs.

You select a budget to determine how much you want to invest. You can choose different percentage levels (e.g. 10%, 15%) of the total Gig cost after it is purchased to invest in your ad spend.You only pay the fee when your Promoted Gig is purchased, so you’re guaranteed to get a return on your investment (meaning that the money you invest is guaranteed to raise your profits).
It is not pay-per-click. You aren’t charged for the clicks that your Gig gets, only for purchased Gigs. So you’re never losing money because you’re only paying for business you receive. (Please note that the percentage you invest for promoted Gigs will be taken from the total value of the Gig before Fiverr’s 20% commission is calculated).

The percentage you set will in part determine where your Promoted Gig appears in search results and in category listings. The higher the budget, the higher the likelihood that your Promoted Gig will be one of the top ones featured.
