Amount deducted from my bank account but can\'t see my order placed

I have place order for a $5 gig
to user *******
For gig I will drive UK, website,traffic niche,targeted,visitors for $5
While placing order I am getting this error msg
“we have problem placing this order plz contact our support team.”
Where as amount has been deducted from my bank account
but i cannot see my order placed in fiverr

dont know whats happening
