Aha! There is a way around auto accept. When you set up your gig, there is a page called requirements. Use this page to ask your clients just the right questions so that you will have the information you need to perform the job well. The CountDown does not start until they have submitted those questions as long as you mark them “required”.

As far as accepting an order, perhaps in your case the idea would be to look at every new order and make sure it is something you can do well. If not, message The buyer and ask them to cancel the order and explain why you cannot perform the service. You can also put a note at the top of your gig descriptions to please message you before ordering.
