I'm also facing this issue, and my account's gigs have been deranked. Although I created a ticket for customer support to help me out, I only received an automated reply, and I haven't received further assistance yet. Please also help me with this matter.

Mine just got flagged for reasons I don't know about. I created a ticket and immediately I got replied by a bot. I re-opened the ticket but still no response since three days now
