My rating is low, how can I improve it?

I accidentally missed an order sent to me, and the requestee (quite rightly) gave me a negative response because I did so. However, now i’m unable to send offers on the request page because my rating is too low. What should I do? I’m not sure how i’m going to be able to boost my rating back up

Give up. Customer Support may let you start over again with a new profile if you ask nicely (and come up with a better excuse than “accidentally” missing an order). The negative review is automated. In a market saturated with 5-star 100% profiles, you’re crippled.
