What happen if order complete automatically

buyer said he is happy with my work,but now he don’t confirm my work,if it complete automatically within three days how can i get rating,he is my first buyer,and also now i cant send offers to buyers,fiverr says at least i need 90% rating,but how can i get it when buyers do like this

Simply contact your buyer and ask if the project was completed to their liking and that any feedback left for you will help. You can try that
