If you have received your MasterCard, then open your Payoneer account and activate the card there. Then open your fiverr account and link your card with them. After successfully linking your card, you’ll be able to withdraw funds with a single click every time you reach $20

I have withdrawn more than $100 but have not received anything.
I contacted the live chat he said he will refer to the relevant dept and asked if I had received any mail regarding the reward.

payoneer is much better option than paypal for indian users I found.No withdrawal fee ,Better exchange rate than paypal and also quicker transfer to local bank account.

I received a promo email from fiverr telling me about the Payoneer 50$ promo, I opened an account and transferred 155$ one week latter emailed fiverr asking about the 50$ they asked me to contact Payoneer customer support because the promo is from their side.
I waited for one hour to be connected to a live chat agent and after waiting for 1 hour I got the shocking answer
"I read your survey complaint and I see that you may have received a false bonus email that did not come from Payoneer or Fiverr.
We are not holding up your payments. We strongly suggest you do nothing with the email. If it is not in your Back Office which holds a copy of any bonus we send, that it possibly is fraudulent. We had our Risk department review and they said it looks suspicious."

The email is not false and was received from noreply@fiverr.com.

I opened another ticket with Fiverr and waiting to see what will happened.

It’s not about the 50$ anymore, companies SHOULD honor their promotions ever if it was generated by mistake.

I spent time opening the Payoneer account and a lot of more time following up their mess.

Daymae Salumbides: I signed in and transferred 155$ from my fiverr account. how do I claim my 50$?
Ronny: Can you please provide me with your date of birth in the US format (Month/Day/Year)?

Ronny: I was able to verify that this did not come from payoneet In order to further investigate this. I will need you to provide a screen shot of the entire e-mail

And here is the reply from Payoneer by email:

lol…i have open ticket with payoneer for 2 weeks now…never replied. And sad thing is I use payoneer for other payments too, not just for fiverr… that actually never happened to me. And the e-mail sent was not a fraud. Maybe they just have no extra moneys to give away anymore…
