Can I cancle my purchase and get money back

Can I as a buyer cancle an order after payment. Nothing was delivered.
I bought a gig and payed for it but made a mistake…how can I cancle that and get money refunded. nothing was delivered from the selller…

To cancel the order, go to the order page, click on Resolution Center, and request a cancellation.

If that doesn’t work, submit a ticket to Customer Support (http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us) and ask them to cancel the order for you.

When you look at your Manage Orders page, what due date is listed for the gig?

you can send request for mutual cancellation and talk with seller for mutual cancellation. If your seller not provide work as per mention in gig description then you can also contact customer support for order cancellation.

yes you can cancle the order. but you want good reason for it

Contact and tell the seller why do you want to cancel it and if he says that he has already completed a large portion of it then it is not ethical to cancel this order.

It is possible to cancel your order, but you should probably contact the seller first and work on a mutual agreement and if that doesn’t work then contact the fiver team
