Hello I am web developer, so I provide services which is related to this industry.

I had my first order done today, buyer left the review of 3 stars, but it was not my fault, after 5 days of work he said that, he had not time to spend on this project and wanted to cancel my order. I explained that I was working for his project for 5 days and it was so unfair to cancel, so he accepted this project as completed. But he left 3 stars review.

My questions

  • Will it affect badly on my gig performance ?
  • What can I do to improve my situation and get second order ?

Help me if you can, this means a lot for me.
Thanks.

Hi.

Yes, sadly it does effect badly.

but no rather than focusing on what already happened, try to avoid as much as you can in future even in above case you don't have your mistake, still try to avoid such things as much as you can and deliver outstanding work,

good luck

I need suggestion how to improve my situation for now and how to get second order ?

Congratulations on completing your first order! Sorry to hear that the buyer left a 3-star review, which wasn't entirely fair given the circumstances.

Regarding your questions:

1. Will it affect badly on my gig performance?
Yes, a 3-star review can impact your gig's visibility and credibility, especially when you're just starting out. However, it's not the end of the world! You can still recover from this.

2. What can I do to improve my situation and get a second order?
Here are some suggestions:

- Respond to the review professionally and politely, explaining the situation and highlighting your commitment to delivering quality work.
- Focus on providing exceptional service to your next client to earn a 5-star review and offset the impact of the 3-star review.
- Keep on to offer competitive pricing and packages to attract more clients.

Remember, one review doesn't define your worth as a web developer! Keep working hard, and with persistence and dedication, you'll attract more clients and build a strong reputation on Fiverr.

Regards
