I would LOVE it if the inbox worked more like email rather than just one long string of endless conversation.

I have a lot of repeat buyers and often have discussions with them about a job prior to their ordering and then when they do order. Unfortunately they don’t resend the information since I already have it but the info for the job is not attached to the gig because the conversation took place in the inbox. This results in having to scroll through a string of conversation to find the info that relates to that job.

It would be great to be able to attach a subject line to a conversation and then archive the conversation once complete. Especially as I often have clients requesting info on more than one task at a time.
