J’ai voulu créer un Gig mais quand j’arrive à l’étape finale d’enregistrer le Gig … Fiverr me demande ça " Merci de vous assurer que le Gig que vous offrez est écrit entièrement en anglais. je n’ai pas su quoi faire ?!

From what I can tell translating your post in Google, you are attempting to write your gig title and description in French. According to to help files, there is a URL for French-speaking users as well as Spanish and 3 other languages including English. The help file only describes how to create a gig in Spanish, though. I do not know if Fiverr supports gig creation in French.

You can contact Customer Support and ask, but from the error message you have received it sounds like French might not be supported when creating a gig. Perhaps someone in a French-speaking country will know the answer to that, but I can only recommend contacting Support to ask.
