I cant write and answer my seller, because my messenger is blocked by fiver!

hi,

since 4 days I have paid for the service and I cant contact the seller,

because I am blocked with following:



"Messaging disabled! One or more of your messages was reported as inappropriate or spam. Please contact Fiverr support to resolve this issue."



I want to contact my seller who asked me for the third time what he can do for me, but I cant answer.



I contacted fiver 4 times now and errors changed. But still/ again I am blocked from the messaging.

This is a real bad joke!

please help me!

Hello Mike sorry to hear of this! The only ones who can help are customer service. Hopefully your messaging will come back soon.

customer service didnt answer any of my questions. They just changed something and still i was unable to write and after a while again I was blocked. Its definetely the last time I use this service

Contact them on Facebook… somebody told they answer faster there

same problem but i will contract customer support and then after 4 hour solve my problem
i hope your problem solve only customer care
