Is customer support team dead?

Fiverr has grown insanely in the last little while and if you noticed, they are recruiting more workers… Fiverr will fix these kinds of issues soon enough once they sort themselves out.



I’m sure the emails customer support receives are 75% stupid or irrelevant, and the people sending them are taking up customer supports time and wasting it!



People need to not be so lazy and just have a quick google search and I’m sure you’ll find the answer (not aimed at people having selling/buying issues, etc)



Once Fiverr hires more people, I’m sure the reply time will pick up dramatically! They are polite and good people, they have provided this amazing platform for us, so give them a break…



Wouldn’t be easy running this site… lol

CS doesnt replies me at all. What I get is an automatic reply only. And theen whoosh. Gone they are.
