How to Remove Bad Rating

I cancelled a gig because the seller did not get back to me. Fiverr automatically added a bad rating. I DONT LIKE IT. But I can’t find how to remove it. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

Looks like you waited a lot for the buyer and order was marked as late. In such cases fiverr automatically leaves a negative review as they think that you missed the deadline.

Contact Customer Support and they will definitely help you out.

Hello, this is set up by the system If the seller does not reply within a certain time, you are allowed to cancel the gig and the bad rating is added automatically.
It can’t be removed as far as I know.

I would like to know how to make a complaint against a seller. I paid two sellers and did not get service from either. Once cancelled my order but did not return my money. The other simply does not respond.

You can always contact customer support by submitting a ticket. They help a lot 🙂

Bad rating is impossible to remove, your positive rating will compensate it eventually

• Go to: support.fiverr.com
• Click on: “Submit a request” in the top of the page on the right
• From the list choose: “Order support”
• Fill the informations and explain your problem
• If you can take screenshots, upload them so the support team will understand your problem well
• In the field named “Ticket Categories (Orders)”, Choose: Feedback removal

Be careful:

• You need to explain your problem in details
• Screenshots of the order page are needed to help the support team

After submitting your request, you’ll receive the answer in less than 24 hours (Positive answer if you have explained well and added screenshots)

Can somebody please tell me how to file a complaint. I paid 4 different people on fiverr to make me a logo and all four ripped me off without delivering me even one logo.

Why don’t you like it? You hired a HORRIBLE SELLER, he wasted your time, he shouldn’t be on Fiverr.

I complain about buyers a lot, but THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR LATENESS. Unless you’re in a freaking comma, get back to your clients. Refund the order if you don’t have time to do it, don’t wait for a force cancellation.
