Cant associate old paypal

hi can anyone give me a suggestion? i can open my old paypal id…i want to connect a new paypal id…is it possible…

please give me a suggestion…😦

Welcome to Fiverr and we are please you posted your question. You can only associate one paypal ID with your Fiverr account. For techincal questions in regards to switching paypal ID’s you would need to contact Customer Support. Good luck with your gig(s)

thank you so much for your reply…i contact customer support since 6 hours ago…but there is no reply till now…can i switch new paypal account?

I just posted this on another question but it is relavent here also.



Not 100% sure because I haven’t changed my PayPal but the PayPal account used to be LOCKED to the account but now has an option to change it under profile > settings > "Your profile is associated with a PayPal account. To change it click here."



Click on it and it then says:

"An email will be sent to your PayPal email shortly.

Please follow the instructions in our email."



You then get an email with subject: Fiverr: Change of associated PayPal account



That says:

"Changing your PayPal account means that any funds you withdraw from now on, will be sent to your new address. If you would like to continue with the change, please click here.



If you did not try to change your associated PayPal address, please report it here."



So it appears you CAN change the PayPal for your account now IMHO.

I can’t buy anything, I wanna take few gigs, paypal active, DQP ACTIVATED, and nothing works as old version. I have told my favortie seller that i will buy a gig and i can’t. Reorder -not works. Support gives a link to image that not solves any problem with a buying gigs
